My Dad works in this department as a theatre nurse and in recovery, hes done this for almost 33years. They all do amazing work, its never ending they dont stop, they never get the credit they truly deserve :) Sooo proud of him and his amazing team :)

Excelence and Discipline. This two words are all for me since I was resident in 90s, and still have in my mind. I am 58 years Neurosurgeon and endovascular therapy. This year I complete 28 years practicing Neurosurgery and 35 years since finish Medical School, and still working and saving lifes. Of course my family are the key for my motivation, my wife is Chief Perinatologist and my daugther is starting Emergency Medicine and Critical Care resident ( I say her strong medicine).

Many years ago, I was a medical student... I had to quit after 2 years because of serious health issues. I am currently facing major spine surgery and always want to learn more... hence, I watch many medical videos. I am amazed by the healthcare system in Britain, the U.S. could learn a lot from you.

How do you stay alert if you can't get much sleep over a 48 hour period? Modafinil?
