People are not as interested in apartments because apartments last for barely 40 years due to poor construction quality due to the greed of builders. Who wants an apartment with seepages after paying 1-1.5 crores

If there are apartments it should be like DLF GOLF facing apartments in Gurgaon with little more space but same amenities than I see myself moving in an apartment otherwise I m always in for plots.

apartment sizes in mumbai pune area is shrinking as the price remains stagnant, with so much of supply coming up i don't think there is any merit to apartment price appreciation, land in tier 2-3 places is going to grow
