2022 Lexington Green reenactment. A very fun event very early in the morning. 10th Regiment of Foot: www.redcoat.org... My Instagram: / master5s328 My Old Channel: / @master5s327
From all the way out in way-out California, I just wanted to say - cheesy as it might be - seeing this brought a few tears to my eyes. I’ve never attended a reenactment but always wanted to. Seeing how it all started with just handful of regular folk in the face of a clearly superior force (both in terms of numbers and training) is awe-inspiring. And reenacting it brings history to life. On a separate note, we have an exact replica of Independence Hall (Philadelphia) here, where you can see what the room looked like; there’s audio dialogue playing. Beautiful!
Sad the commie libs in California want to piss away our constitutional rights and our republic to give away to the commie Marxists and communist Chinese government
Thank for naming individuals, wounded, this first time I heard names being mentioned, I have ancestry connected, With Concord, Salem Massachusetts, Antwerp New York, and various across our Nation, 🇨🇦, Fairfax Virginia.
Was a great day for this. Much better than last year with the rain. I'm grateful to be able to attend. Thanks for sharing. You had a much better view than my son and I had.🤣👍
That's some awesome acting/ action, almost makes you wunder how it actually went in real life that time but this way gives us a example. I bet the founding fathers would be proud of this action it, of a way of a remainder what they gone through and shows people today especially them who haven't forgotten about our revolutionary war. Sometimes I wish I can come down to visit and see this in action, so it would give me a much better idea what our founders went through. But I have to say the music the British was playing sounds beautiful..lol
Through your filming eyes this sons with American Revolution & CW history in our tree I did watch but fearing the coughers for which large crowds always have I watched from this afar., yes Thankyou for the names.
This was the top military force of its time. And remained so for a very long time…. Professionals through and through… Hard to remember that in the lens of our times…
the british rely on discipline and training as they have since the last English civil war. the troops in the american revolution are experienced vets of colonial conflict and the Seven Years war

Imagine the response if the militia capt. said to Pitcairn: "The damnable rebels are present, ready and defiant, sir!"
They'd find out on Breed's Hill what was up

Those officers on horseback would have stayed closer to the troops as they advanced, other than that - not a bad reenactment...

Well done compatriots !
Huzzahh!
Is that for the british.?
We need to give our children connection to the glorious past when we began to attain freedom from authoritarian tyranny.
Also Maine not mention West Virginia in many locations again.
Thank for this education moment 🙏, we should forget this day and events leading to Ametican Revolutionary War, we are going through again folks.
8:03 this was the shot heard round the world that ended up changing the balance of power of today's world on that day in 1775.
Looking good.
Somebody get that sapper a medic
non dicipline just run forward
Tyranny any form never takes a day off, we should always vigil to this fact.
Tyranny = Compensation for war started by Americans, and the emancipation of slaves.
damn i thought the british army suck at combat

@@andrewlove1971 Why is that? The British Army is a formidable ally to the US.
