    I have a group of ladies, Faith n Fitness, 50 and older we’ve been getting together 3 days a week for the last 3 years…I teach low impact Zumba. But lately we’ve all been having hip or knee or shoulder trouble so I started looking on UA-cam for help…then I found you! Woot woot we love you! None of us have any trouble finishing your workouts…we did this one tonight…loved the paper plates…it was so much fun I feel a lil bad calling it exercise. Thanks a bunch! xox

    I've just bought some sliders and I googled how to use them. That's how I discovered you. I'm 58 and so unfit. I'm so glad to find you. You're encouragement is not wasted on me. Thankyou.... I will try to build up to being able to sustain this workout for the duration. You are my first workout in many years.🙏

    I loved the power slide with paper plates. It was so much better for me with the plates because of my ankle injury and I could really do these exercises! Ingenious! Thank you Curtis!

    Whew! That was a good one Curtis! I am really looking forward to the balance series. What was balance 'easy-peasy' in my 60's and younger has become not as easy in my 70's so I do balance workouts every day. Yours are excellent!

    Hey Curtis, in the time that I have been attending your online classes (since covid)... with this class… YOU HAVE EXCEEDED YOURSELF!!! We really enjoyed this class. I like the cardio content. I like that more parts of the body are included in the class. I like that the performance of a single exercise includes several movements to complete the exercise. The slide and the stretch band seem to get at some smaller/ important muscles. Even at the end you balanced the front stretch with a back stretch. All totaled it appeared that you really delivered another level of you signature senior movements (you know… even your outfit got better. I mean you always had it together but this is just a little more modern/ hip / cool. I'm saying this without any reference to a brand). Generally, I find your enthusiasm to be so much fun it makes it easier for me to get off my duff and do something. I even tease my family when they are struggling to do something, especially something that they should not be struggling to do and run a few quotes of yours to them. I start slowly and gradually build to booming enthusiasm… like, “ stay with me now, you can do this, that's right, you can do this! that’s right you can do it! great guys! you did it, guys you did it! And, they laugh and do it. So, thanks for all your fine efforts to create a great exercise experience.

      Thank you Magda. It varies on each individual when it comes to exercise time of day. I like to workout in the afternoon but some people like the mornings or evenings it really all depends on the person. 45 min to a hour.
