One thing you missed, however, an example of his sense of deduction.
Something like
"Looking in the Sahara District was a frivolous exercise,I'm afraid.."
"How did you know I'd looked there?!"
"Elementary, good sir; your exterior fur on your paws is darker then that on the inside of them, giving the impression you have been in intense direct sunlight for a lengthy period, your eyes are red from constant rubbing and there are deposits of sand caught in the gaps of your hooves that is exclusively found in that area and that area alone, I have made a study on the subject along with many other such topics..."

Nick (noticing hench-animal approaching): (quickly hides behind a pillar as he accesses the situation in his head) Head cocked left: partial deafness in ear: first point of attack. (visualizes himself striking the right ear) Two: throat: paralyze vocal cords: stop screaming. (visualizes himself grabbing the guard's throat) Three: got to be a heavy drinker: floating rib to the liver. (visualizes himself punching the guy in the gut area) Four: drag left leg: fist to patella. (visualizing himself performing said maneuver) Summary prognosis: Conscious in 90 seconds. Martial efficacy: quarter of an hour, at best. Full faculty recovery? Unlikely. (covers himself in a cloak before performing everything he had just visualized)

isn't it a bit pretentious to put the english dubbing logos BEFORE the original creator's own logos in the video? if the original didn't exist, you'd have nothing to dub.

At first, I was thinking, maybe Judy should be Sherlock because she has the determination for crime solving. But the more I thought about it, Nick does have a lot of Sherlock's slyness and intelligence. He is more of the schemer, while Judy brings him down to earth, much like Watson.
Animation could be better, but that was some good voice acting. But I'd expect some more sly remarks from Nick.
Edit: Also, how do those carriages explode so violently?

Damn I really wanted him to do the second sense kind of stuff that Sherlock actually does in the movies and (I think) the books.
Those scenes are a bit exposition-heavy for a short piece like this. Besides, as Holmes would say, there is no true "sixth sense" involved in what he does -- only judicious analysis and interpretation of the five available.
The accents really don't fit in but I like the premise and the animation.
