    I love this! Clearly it's still snowing in Canada in April so it's great for when it's too cold to go for a run. Combined with an ab workout is amazing!

    how many weeks approximately do you need to lose down on a considerable amount of body fat with this workout? can you suggest a diet too. I need to get sculpted real quick!

      MegaAp14 This workout can be for all levels! If matching Astrid's intensity at the start isn't in your plan, do what you can and keep coming back to it. You'll be able to keep up with her in no time!
