I can relate to everything you said. I used to always have anxiety attacks everyday since the pandemic because of all the responsibilities I need to fulfill: at my full-time work, part-time job, bills, and my family’s needs (since I am the breadwinner). I used to always feel bad waking up because it means another day of feeling bad about myself and about life. That is when I realized I need to do something about it. I started to watch videos about simple living and minimalism. Your videos really helped me a lot. I became more conscious of my time and how I spend it. I also became more focused and less stressed. I also enjoy life more than ever now because the little things are not so little after all. Like sitting on the couch with a cup of tea while listening to music, washing the dishes, cleaning the house...all these seemingly mundane things become something I look forward to everyday. I appreciate life in general and I also dont commit myself to everything or everyone. Thank you very much! Stay strong! You are changing and helping people’s lives by doing what you love and what you are doing now. Thank you for being anrole model and inspiration to us. 🙂

some things we must do quickly. and other things can be done slowly. it’s important to understand the difference. the woman in these videos knows that she is doing. I really wish that I had understood what’s being covered across her videos. it’s important. Not everybody will have the chances she has, I know that. I know for me there were things I wish I’d adjusted to or worked around properly etc.

I have had extremely much stress and I've been so hard on myself and criticizing myself always and now it just came to a point where I was too full of it and I bursted. I couldn't bring a smile on my face anymore, the whole world faded dark. I was extremely tired and I'd cry over literally anything. I was mentally so exhausted from all the pressure I've been putting on myself, and my family got very worried about me too. It's just hard for me living in a world where everything goes so fast meanwhile my mind takes days or even weeks to process all the stimuli. Only now I'm trying my best to get out of it. If anyone has tips I'm fully open for it, I really want to try living a more simple and slower life instead of a pressured life where I suffer in silence. And off topic, but you're very beautiful in my opinion. You remind me of Pocahontas!❤
Mental stress and anxiety are the root cause of cardiac. One should be careful. The more u think it takes u deep in it. Yoga, counseling is the remedy. One should have supporting family to deal with sudden problems, work atmosphere if uncongenial, back biting, even financial burden. Over all ur videos are very educative and message oriented for dealing with general problem which we all face.

Slow living is always always always a good thing, especially in our society. Our society is always always always about rush rush rush, doing it all in one hour, and always in a big freakin hurry. Stress comes from our society and our society is certainly not helping to curb stress. Realistically, one cannot do everything in specified time frames. I love this video so much. Mental stress and anxiety are the root cause of cardiac. One should be careful. The more u think it takes u deep in it. Yoga, counseling is the remedy. One should have supporting family to deal with sudden problems, work atmosphere if uncongenial, back biting, even financial burden. Over all ur videos are very educative and message oriented for dealing with general problem which we all face.

Slow living is always always always a good thing, especially in our society. Our society is always always always about rush rush rush, doing it all in one hour, and always in a big freakin hurry. Stress comes from our society and our society is certainly not helping to curb stress. Realistically, one cannot do everything in specified time frames. I love this video so much. Malama Life is a positive role model for us.
