Everyone else has done this with the light egg coating. Using thin slice chicken filet was such a smart way to change it up! Instead of the frustrating breading process, you get to have fun searing the chicken. And that sauce!!

I've tried multiple times to make your corn tortillas and I just can't get it right. Doughy inside bubbles on one side and small cracks on the other. Everbody says it's soooo easy. 🤣😂🤣😂🤨

Sounds good. I've had chile rellenos stuffed with chicken and cheese but wrapped in chicken sounds real good.
Let me tell you, they are delicious! The chicken adds a really nice twist to it! Flavor is not compromised at all!

Don’t steam the peppers too long so they get too soft? What is too long?
Ten minutes is usually enough. Letting them sit longer ( while covered) will likely get the peppers to soften too much.
