Hi guys,
How are you doing? I am so excited for the weekend! Coachella is coming up and I feel it’s been such a long time ago that I have visited any festival.
Do you still remember my first Coachella vlog video? Feels like a lifetime ago. It will be so fun to spend some time with friends and just dance, sing and let go!
I feel it’s all about this balance. Some weeks I wake up everyday very early & work a lot and sometimes I create time to do fun things, indulge and have fun!
Also while I am prepping for my looks I wanted to share one of my new favorite Carrot Bread recipes! This is delicious to have as a healthy snack, breakfast or dessert!

Carrot Cake Loaf Recipe:
Ingredients:
4 large eggs
⅓ cup coconut sugar
2 tbsp maple syrup
⅓ cup melted and cooled coconut oil
1 ½ tsp vanilla extract
1 ⅔ cups superfine blanched almond flour
¼ cup coconut flour
1 ½ tsp baking powder
1 tsp ground cinnamon
¼ tsp ground nutmeg
⅛ tsp ground cloves
⅛ tsp fine sea salt
¾ cup finely grated carrots
⅓ cup chopped pecans or walnuts (optional)
organic raisins, no sugar added (optional)

I like top #1, I feel like it's a very 90s glam goth vibe, but I'd wear it with cutoffs and neon tights
I like the top in #1 a lot but not with dark pants. If the cargo pants were lighter maybe even white I’d like that top with it. So for that reason I’m choosing outfit #3 cuz I think it goes together better 😁

Dip is also super damaging to the nail! You should try and find someone who does “Russian or European manicures”. We use a rubber or hard gel that is strengthening and restores your natural nail and allows it to grow long and strong. It usually lasts for a month!

I vote outfit number one, too. It's interesting and pretty. I have a question for you if you have time- my husband and I are going to Finland for our honeymoon (he's a Finn) and stopping in Amsterdam (I'm part Dutch and didn't know- long story). I've never been to the Netherlands, and am curious to find out about my roots. Is there any special cafe or restaurant that you would recommend? I've always enjoyed your Amsterdam vlogs. : ) I like health food. Always love your recipes.

I make a similar carrot bread and bake them almost like cookies. I call them "muffin tops". Also good!

You should try hard gel. It is hard like powder but looks thinner / flatter.
