Tbh I clean pools never knew how to work these had trouble with one awhile back trial and error taught me but this video would’ve gave me the answer a lot faster!

Though I am not familiar with how to do that, you are right, it really seems easy to be picked. We only use this type of lockbox for contractors who don't have access to Supra. We remove them after they are done. We use Supra lockbox, which is a more sophisticated lockbox for all our listings. Thanks for the feedback.

I don’t trust these as much as other combination locks because if a person has enough time they can run through every possible combination by starting at 0000 and working your way through each number till you reach the right combination. The combination has to be somewhere between 0000 and 9999.

How can I open one ti reset the combo when I don’t have the original combo code?
The only way is to use a pick or use a bolt cutter. No way to do it.

You’re very welcome! These type of lockboxes are not that durable..it is made for temporary access only and not permanent. :-)
Did you guys ever get it open... If so how? Mine jammed with the correct password
@@lylturningpoint3358 if it jammed, most likely it is defective already. Only way is to get a bolt cutter to remove it.

I just started working as a security guard and they have these master locks outside, for the life of me I could not open the little door hurt my thumb trying to push that thing down hopefully this time it will open up

Do you mean at the bottom? If yes, it is only part of the lockbox. I am really not sure of the purpose.
