I've tried numerous times, for completion's sake, to go through all the Topo scenarios. Knowing they are there, unfinished, and are intended to be for (relatively) new players, irks me enough to attempt them from time to time. I run through as many of them as I can before I lose the will to go on. I have not yet completed them all.
back in the day when i was starting wot i was so broke i was playing topography instead of standard battles for like 3 hours just to gain some credits that will completely be gone in the next 5 battles... fun times ngl😅
Yup, topography sucked, especially on Ensk. I had to go a different route for majority of scenarios and think outside the box in order to finish every map. Let's just say that it was a pain in the ass, and a drag.
could you make documentary on how french autoloaders were broken when first introduced? please theyre my fav tanks to play and unfortunately no one makes high quality wot documentaries like you do.
I might do a similar idea of topography in my game I’m making, but have it be the normal tutorial. However, unlike many of the scenarios in WoT, I will try to make and update the levels based on player behavior when adding new things, then put certain enemies in certain spots or make some of the AI teammates do certain things based on the fake ranks they get, so AI set with lower ranks will drive certain vehicles and do certain things more often and vice versa with higher ranks. Rewards for this tutorial will probably be a choice of one of the vehicles you get to use or 3 days of premium for free.
I just recently started playing on a new account and I must say the basic tutorials are A LOT better now. The real basic ones like angle of armor affecting the actual thickness the shell has to defeat. Anything further than that it's a mess though.
i actually did the topography is the reward for first completion and sometimes just to cool of after bad ames in row or to test if my pc can handle the game
prokho topography is completely horseshit with the routes. 3 enemies pre spotted but also another 3 unspotted enemies also fire at you, i have to blind fire them in half the time to proceed safely
Topography sucks. On a timer, set to a near predetermined route. Wish it was more like a bot battle, like there use to be at a lower tier. This way you could get a more casual practice on the maps to learn them.
and superunicums complain Wargaming doesn't do anything for them...
Ain't no way this mode has been in the game for 2 years and this is the only time i've actually looked at it. gawd dayum

Thoughts on doing your own map guides/ Alot of work and some are out there already but many are old but...
The literally ONLY reason i do the topography missions, is for the rewards lol
So it wasnt just me being crazy, prokhorovka was so difficult to complete, i died maybe like 10 times on the scenarios combined
Thanks for pointing this shit out- otherwise I might have actually believed WG on these being where you should go

his sounded good on paper, but executed so poorly
The place where i actually learn wot is replay from pros and not topography 😅💀

Literally the old training camp was more goated than this shit 😂
You also should not listen to WG How to play the game but just listen and watch Wot content creators
Shout-out to you too my man :) o7
