This 1 hour yoga practice will focus on the lymphatic system, your first line of defence against bacteria and viruses. These yin postures will massage your lymph nodes and internal organs, and circulate lymphatic fluids through a network of vessels from your feet to the neck. We'll finish the practice with thymus tapping to stimulate your immune system. This is a great yoga practice anytime of the year when you're feeling a little under the weather.

btw. It would be also helpful, if you could say how long (or for how many breaths) some asanas will last, because sometimes I was checking if the video is running, during longer silence, with my head lifted.

Loved it! It really was brilliant for me. Out of curiosity, is there a reason why you start with a particular side when doing the sidebend and twist?
You're welcome Claire! I'm glad you enjoyed the practice. And yes, with yin yoga I start with the left side because it's our yin side. It's connected to our feminine energy, the Iunar channel (ida nadi), and to the parasympathetic nervous system. When I teach hatha flow, I start on the right, which is our yang or masculine side : )
