I tried this recipe with your quick condensed milk with milk powder, The ice cream wasn't creamy at all !!! I put it 30 min in room room temperature, it just melt at the sides but in center, it was like a dry brownie cake But the taste was good

If u dont hav condensed milk u can use abt 1/4 cup sugar and mix 1/2 cup of milk and 1/3 cup of milk powder and add this mixture.😊

Hi, could u plz tell me whether ur whipping cream is sweetened or whether we need to add powdered sugar for unsweetened whipping cream?
If it's unsweetened, then u can add 1/4cup powdered sugar..or less than that according to your taste
Condensed milk is sweetened. Just use whipping cream.
