How to fix crooked falling tailgate window on 3rd Gen 4Runner 1996-2002

If your tailgate window has a hard time going up, and tips to the side when you try to move it I show you how to fix it here. All you need are a few spare bolts and nuts, its a pretty easy fix but I show you some tricks to make sure you do it right the first time.
1. Remove the plastic panel and then the metal panel for whichever side it's sagging on.
2. Remove sliding track.
3. Take off rusted bolts and prep L bracket to be put back on
4. Install new bolts (preferably short carriage bolts).
5. Test and reassemble.
