- Looking at the 37SH foam tires from Contact RC racing - Schumacher racing.
We will be unboxing the tires, giving you some initial thought and and views, and taking some critical measurements. Followed by installing the stickers and fitting the tires to our Tamiya TT-02 Type-S.

Where did you get the RC decals from I didn't get any decals with mine
I just bought 2 sets of these the other day... was quite upset they didn't have the foil stickers you put on the tire/wheel. I like the look of the sticker on the wall of tire, but since neither box came with them, I'm stuck with plain boring black side-walls.

I haven't used Foams since about 1991.....(I'm OLD!) How do these Foams today WEAR, compared to my Generation?? We were lucky to get a full DAY of Racing out of them!!! AND we always had to glue our own. 😣😣😬🙏 So balancing and truing was always an issue!!

Haha thanks man 😄👍. Actually I haven't had a chance to try these out yet haha. But i'll definitely be doing a full running and post run review with them. I bought a set of cheapo Absima tires as well, just to try it out and bash around with, and it tore those up in no time, so I can't wait to see what it does with the foams haha 😄.
Hey man I race rc pan cars in a huge carpet track oval and road course. We run foam bsr on the Bush nascar class and the contacts or bsr on the rJ speed legend cars
The tires these day hook up like glue and I can get 10 races out of legend car and 2 races on the Busch nascar class it's called Busch but 2 races on carpet is pushing it in the Busch class tires and setup wins races in the Busch class and on asphalt they shred and change after practice and heat races. On legend car on the carpet we gotta put super glue on the right front tires out side edge to keep it from traction rolling and on road course I glue both out side edges of the legend cars front tires and we use tire sauce before every race on carpet
Will the medium compaun give good traction.
Hmm, I tried it out on a cold track (5 deg celsius ish) and the back end was loosing traction quite a bit. I've got some videos of it to post, but I think i'd like to try a softer compound next, maybe one down. Although they showed little to no sign of wear.
Hi buddy..do you think they would work for the hotshot?
Hi there. I'm not 100% sure, but I think you just need to get some 12mm hex adapters for the hotshot, then you can pretty much put any 1/10th scale wheel on it. These Contract RC ones have a standard 12mm hex.

Can i use these tires on a xray t4?
I'd say so. But i'm not 100% sure.
foams... i have the contacts on mine as well, but at my local tarmac track theyre super slippery, even worse than ice. My opinion: foams are good for speedruns, but not for hobbyracing
Where do you buy your RC parts?
i (for me here in germany) have modellbaucenter-bochum or Rc kleinkram, but you can get a lot of parts on amazon
Same size for front and rear?
Yeah, for now I went with the same 👍. Might play around with the sizes later on and see how it reacts though.
