3. Sleep 8 hour at night
4. Lower your stress levels

Thanks for a friendly reminder that I needed to hear rn. Im staying at an American Cancer Society Hope Lodge as I'm having a mastectomy this Tuesday. I thought NYC would be the easiest place to maintain my eating habits. It's not.
