This movie has it's problems and doesn't quite match up to the first one, but I still found it to be a very worthy sequel. I don't understand the all hate it gets.
@@demi8890 Yeah, but it's still a little extreme, though. Also, I don't think Amber Heard's appearance really had as much of an affect as we think. For some people, I'm sure it did, but the average movie goer doesn't even know who she is.
@@ChrisTheAspergerGuyyeah it was pointless cutting her out. She is supposed to be the female lead of this movie and powers are pretty cool. Plus she's really pretty. I was Nicole Kidman had a bigger role as well.

I just wanted to remind Achara to also react to the Mr. Freeze DLC from Arkham Origins titled Cold Cold Heart before moving on with the Arkham games. It does I really great job of adapting Mr. Freeze's origin from Batman The Animated Series and is the best DLC from the Arkham games.

One thing that I'm not satisfied with this movie is how Aquaman killed Kordax that easily. Everything they went through just Aquaman can just throw trident and THAT'S IT?? At least have a fight for a few more minutes.

I don’t know if it’s just my ground floor expectations or I have no nostalgia or real care for the character and the world, but I found the movie to be ok. It wasn’t a waste of my time and I don’t understand any hatred for this movie. It’s harmless
This movie is a godawful mess. It’s as if the script was written by a 5 year old and the special effects so bad. Everyone involved should be embarrassed by what they produced. Just cringeworthy.
The last shot of the DCU was someone eating a cockroach. Fitting. 🤣

The only thing I will miss from the DCEU is Jason Momoa's Aquaman!

this movie was written with a prospect in mind that there will be sequels upto Aquaman 4-5. but then amber heard thing happen. then james gunn thing happen. then writers were told to shorten this script pack it up in 1 movie.
this movie is not aquaman movie, this is a bitter sweet sendoff to jason momoa as aquaman who is amazing actor.
I kind of like it,
I loved this movie; my only complaint is the cockroach eating that is just gross. The humor was fantastic and the backstory on the Atlantis and its history was good not great, but you can't always get great. The action was really well done. They left it open to another sequel and I hope to get a third Aquaman movie.
you're not getting a third aquaman movie. the dcu is dead, because it was bad.

My only gripe with this movie is how Amber Heard's character was not more central because of tabloids. She's the wife and mother in this film, yet plays like a background character. It was weird.
I can appreciate the art, regardless of the mental health of the artist, and would have preferred more of her art here.
Plus, I mean, if we're gonna be okay with Jason being drunk half the time on set, why not some more liberties for other artists?

In the comics , Manta killed Arthur Jr. He couldn't breathe air, so Manta suffocated him in a glass bubble filled with air.
