I have a 525D F11. Best family car I ever had. Comfortable, smooth silent car. I know diesel engines are noisy but inside the car you can barely hear it.
I own an F11 530d Se with £12k of extra goodies. It’s a phenomenal car and it’s adaptive drive makes a mockery of the standard M-Sport suspension. There’s no body roll when cornering, toggling between Comfort, Normal, Sport and Sport+ modes make it a Jekyll and Hyde car. It’s my family tourer and dog bus, yet when the mood takes me goes like stink.
Currently in the market for one of these or a 530D, so thank you for putting this together 👍🏻 just wanted to check one point you made about the adaptive lights - you mentioned about the switching between high and dipped beam. That’s High Beam Assist (I think that’s what BMW call it) and Adaptive Lights are when the light clusters turn depending on the steering input you’re giving.
They’re fantastic cars! You’re absolutely right, that is high beam assist. Other manufacturers call it different things and I’ve gotten so used to the phrase “adaptive lights” 😅
@@condorvehiclesalesltd they also have a bad reputation especially the diesels, unreliable engines/egr issues and so on. But still more reliable than a L322😂

I have a 520d F11 14 plate. Brilliant car. had it five years now and never let me down.

Not all diesel. N47 is super noisy in general. N57 is a better engine.
