Which channel is recommended for right yoga practice? Vinyasa, restorative and ashtanga. I saw in one of the sadhguru's video that most practices nowadays are not in its orginal form which could create problems.
I'm struggling when squatting to raise my arms up straight and my head wants to tilt forward.. I've been doing this for two weeks.. Is it just practice? Thanks.

Namaskaram. I am 67 n diabetic type 2.cannot sit on floor let alone squat....please please any tips to be able to sit on the floor first and gradually squat....all joints hurt...even climbing steps is difficult as i m only short 😢thank you.

I think i heard a video in which sadghuru said is best to do the yoga practice before 9 or after 18:30. I work during the night and i am trying to organize my pratice. Thanks ❤
