Have been going this for almost two years, I used to have a back pain due to office work, but this practice released all the pain while introduce a sense of relaxation.

They mean the stomach should just be light, after one and half hour or before a meal

Namaskaram. I am 67 n diabetic type 2.cannot sit on floor let alone squat....please please any tips to be able to sit on the floor first and gradually squat....all joints hurt...even climbing steps is difficult as i m only short 😢thank you.
