I run with a neighborhood Gang when I was a kid, and ended up getting sent off to a maximum security correctional facility for juvenile delinquents. I went through classification in Memphis Tennessee, and then got shipped to Nashville Tennessee to do my time. I was told that I would never make it on the outside, that I had less than a 23% chance of not ending up in Brushy Mountain maximum security prison. I am 52 years old and I have never seen the inside of a jail cell, but I give credit to being married for over 33 years to my beautiful wife. That was the smartest thing that I have ever done, and it has been the most rewarding thing as well because of my son and daughter and grandson. This was the first time that I have watched your channel, but I will be watching it more often now that I subscribed to it. Good luck with everything brother, I sincerely wish you the very best in your future life that you are living now. I can definitely relate to this, a good woman on our team brings out the best in us. I was in and out of country jail myself, selling dope using dope. I had some kids, and they ended up in the system. Then I found a awesome woman who helped me fight to get them, cps said I would never accomplish being father and I was danger to society and unfit. This was almost 8 years ago the judge gave my wife and I full custody, their mom, nowhere to be found.

I worked as a civilian tradesman for the nyc dept of correction. Most of the 30 years I put in were on rikers island. The transportation division loaded up inmates headed to court on busses right outside secure intake areas and drove to the various city courts through sally ports and inside enclosed secure courtyards so it would be almost impossible for snipers to have any chance of a shot. What did happen in the facility I worked in an inmate was shot inside the jail in a crowded corridor and the weapon was never recovered. I saw lots of crazy stuff over the years that even I found hard to believe if I didn’t see it myself.
Vets and people who suffer from PTSD mainly need somebody who genuinely cares who's sincere with what they say and being there for them like myself. It's messed up how the people who are close to use think we're crazy but the truth is we just need someone who truly cares who doesn't talk to us like we're children or crazy. We tend to snap when people talk aggressively to us and barking orders at us. All we need is true friendship & love by those who know us brother

This is the first podcast of yours that I have watched (have a lot of binge watching to do!). Mr. Thompson says, “I’ve taken responsibility the whole time.” But deflects responsibility for the original case he was convicted for, saying he killed out of morality and not personal gain or vendetta. Further he states he later dropped out and testified due some personal moral standard. That case involves Curtis Floyd Price, who was allegedly ordered by the white supremacist gang to murder Richard Barnes, a Los Angeles resident whose son, Steven Barnes, had dropped out of the gang and agreed to testify against its members. Thompson says he was the only high-ranking member to vote against the 1983 hit, and that it left a bad taste in his mouth. He dropped out of the gang soon after and testified against Price, who was sentenced to death for murdering Barnes and a woman named Elizabeth Hickey. Price has been appealing his conviction and death sentence for more than 30 years. In recent court records, he described Thompson as a liar and exaggerator whose “multiple hearsay” claims about Hickey’s murder never should have been given to jurors. In their response, state prosecutors hardly defended Thompson against these attacks, noting that he testified to avoid potential racketeering charges and in the hopes of “pleasing parole authorities” down the line. Which is accurate if you look at the sequence of Mr. Thompson’s own admitted timeline, e.g., why didn’t he drop out before they killed Steven Barnes father? Which would have saved the man’s life? Others testified, The Brand had ordered him murdered just before these said events. In this latest Arrest for EDD fraud out of Lake County. Thompson and Hutchins also allegedly filed for EDD benefits for themselves, claiming income of $120,000 in 2019 despite the fact both were in prison until midway through 2019, authorities say. They also are suspected of bilking companies in the area out of up to $1.5 million in loans obtained by claiming to operate a wildfire mitigation operation and purchasing heavy equipment, then leasing it out to others for payment, authorities say. For Mr. Thompson’s excuse-of being in Los Angeles-to be plausible here we must suspended reality. No Convict would give their personal information to another to apply for anything without checking it out first and after, “do your research,” as Mr. Thompson himself says. So, to believe the information we can glean from this limited “The Damage Done Podcast,”interview (more about that later) one can only conclude: Mr. Thompson is proclaiming himself a victim of identity theft. There is no way he could otherwise justly substantiate the procurement of EDD benefits under the requirements of a Personal Contractor (Self-Employed individual who lost wages due to the COVID 19 Pandemic). He doesn’t qualify for any amount much less for the sum $450 a week from state, and $3-600 a week he received from feds for over a year. Mr. Thompson “identity” was collecting around a thousand a week for over a year, and $450 thereafter for several months, and he knew nothing? Additionally whoever claimed his identity prize, collected over $25k in a lump-sum a few day or weeks after initially applying before monthly payments started rolling in, and all the while someone had to go online and certify the entire time. What were those IP addresses? My humble opine? Mr. Thompson is an abject fraud and liar. He hopes he can waive time long enough for the records can be sealed once he cuts a deal, knowing that others involved can’t comment or release reports (evidence) in the case. This host looks around continuously during interview. Either from ADHD or he thinks Thompson is a joke. If the later: why not skewer him with exactitude and truth? Ask him some meaningful questions? “Mr. Thompson so you never collected EDD, went to an ATM or used a BANK OF AMERICA EDD CARD FOR ANY PURCHASES?” I must assume here: this interview was run through his attorney and all questions were controlled. But if my previous hypothetical question about EDD card had no merit, Mr. Thompson would be going around saying he new nothing of EDD Benefits whatsoever. But he’s not because he did, and if he did-it’s a legal axiom he’s guilty. Mr. Thompson repeatedly pronounces “ludacris.” as ludicrous(t). There are many other examples of his sesquipedalian tendency’s in his interview cannon. But in that, Mr. Thompson doesn’t even know the word ends in an (S) and not a (T), concludes he suffers from malapropism as well. Mr Thompson using a Native American Backdrop and stealing (appropriating) their culture to run interference on his past and present crimes is blatant disregard for their struggle(s). Him name dropping Sonny Barger, knowing he just died and his story cannot be corroborated? Mr. Thompson expects us to believe one of the most notorious prison rats was tipped by a man who was near death about an attempt on his life. That man SONNY, (arguably) THE MOST FAMOUS OUTLAW IN THE WORLD called to give “a heads up” to Mr. Thompson? So Michael your saying, Sonny Barger condoned rats? Looked out for rats? Associated with Federal Informants? Interesting….

I just had a preliminary on a 3rd owi case from 2020 Milwaukee county is so back logged from COVID when they canceled courts until they got zoom set up that they pushed all non violent cases to back so yes right now some county's can have this situation happen with non violent cases

i can say this, tho i only went to a level 4 in tehachapi as over flow for a minute, i did some 3 2 and 1 and got out. i quit doing dope, i did my best to program. for you to say you dont know much about this and that, i can respect that. go in, try to come out, use the time to reflect on life. grow older, try and help someone else see things the way you do. thats all we can do and i hope you prosper.
Yeah, the whole prison Experience is rough and it’s an eye-opening experience. Sadly a lot of people don’t learn from it and they adapt to it and have a hard time staying out of prison once they get back to the world. I’m glad you’re out an living free

Life life out here has its moments but like I told the guys over at Centinela when I went in there. it’s a lot harder being in prison than it is out here. I’m also fortunate that I have some good people helping me out along the way thanks for keeping up with our channel.
Me and a couple buddies got a good friend of ours that rattle the cage a little too much in a California prison and he wound up dead pretty quick. Still trying to get the details on that, nobody's ever even seen his body you know. It's hard to get details from prisons if they don't want you to have them. To this day his family's still hasn't been told the details of his death. They were simply told it was an overdose, but that ain't really satisfactory.

I spent my youth in cya, went on to discharge 3 separate #s and last paroled in 2016 from pelican bay.wasted 20 years of my life kicking that same revolving door .I ain't nobody, never claimed to be.i stayed active and left in good standing. Put in my share of work, and did what I had to do to survive and to keep the woodpile respectable.my problem now is prison is never far from my thoughts. Always watching these stupid ass prison channels or reading something prison oriented. My question to you mitch , will I ever get past this bullshit?? I'm 55 now, no retirement benefits coming from my career in cdc, and am facing all the problems you'd expect .I find myself hanging on by a thread out here , trying to fit in with society. I dont want to go back to prison because I know I won't come home this time. Any suggestions from someone who has been there done that?

I run with a neighborhood Gang when I was a kid, and ended up getting sent off to a maximum security correctional facility for juvenile delinquents. I went through classification in Memphis Tennessee, and then got shipped to Nashville Tennessee to do my time. I was told that I would never make it on the outside, that I had less than a 23% chance of not ending up in Brushy Mountain maximum security prison. I am 52 years old and I have never seen the inside of a jail cell, but I give credit to being married for over 33 years to my beautiful wife. That was the smartest thing that I have ever done, and it has been the most rewarding thing as well because of my son and daughter and grandson. This was the first time that I have watched your channel, but I will be watching it more often now that I subscribed to it. Good luck with everything brother, I sincerely wish you the very best in your future life that you are living now. I'd imagine that it's extremely hard to stay out after doing so much time, especially as many years as you done. Later brother thanks for sharing your video.

I can definitely relate to this, a good woman on our team brings out the best in us. I was in and out of country jail myself, selling dope using dope. I had some kids, and they ended up in the system. Then I found a awesome woman who helped me fight to get them, cps said I would never accomplish being father and I was danger to society and unfit. This was almost 8 years ago the judge gave my wife and I full custody, their mom, nowhere to be found.

I worked as a civilian tradesman for the nyc dept of correction. Most of the 30 years I put in were on rikers island. The transportation division loaded up inmates headed to court on busses right outside secure intake areas and drove to the various city courts through sally ports and inside enclosed secure courtyards so it would be almost impossible for snipers to have any chance of a shot. What did happen in the facility I worked in an inmate was shot inside the jail in a crowded corridor and the weapon was never recovered. I saw lots of crazy stuff over the years that even I found hard to believe if I didn’t see it myself.
Vets and people who suffer from PTSD mainly need somebody who genuinely cares who's sincere with what they say and being there for them like myself. It's messed up how the people who are close to use think we're crazy but the truth is we just need someone who truly cares who doesn't talk to us like we're children or crazy. We tend to snap when people talk aggressively to us and barking orders at us. All we need is true friendship & love by those who know us brother

Mr. Thompson says, “I’ve taken responsibility the whole time.” But deflects responsibility for the original case he was convicted for, saying he killed out of morality and not personal gain or vendetta. Further he states he later dropped out and testified due some personal moral standard. That case involves Curtis Floyd Price, who was allegedly ordered by the white supremacist gang to murder Richard Barnes, a Los Angeles resident whose son, Steven Barnes, had dropped out of the gang and agreed to testify against its members. Thompson says he was the only high-ranking member to vote against the 1983 hit, and that it left a bad taste in his mouth. He dropped out of the gang soon after and testified against Price, who was sentenced to death for murdering Barnes and a woman named Elizabeth Hickey. Price has been appealing his conviction and death sentence for more than 30 years. In recent court records, he described Thompson as a liar and exaggerator whose “multiple hearsay” claims about Hickey’s murder never should have been given to jurors. In their response, state prosecutors hardly defended Thompson against these attacks, noting that he testified to avoid potential racketeering charges and in the hopes of “pleasing parole authorities” down the line. Which is accurate if you look at the sequence of Mr. Thompson’s own admitted timeline, e.g., why didn’t he drop out before they killed Steven Barnes father? Which would have saved the man’s life? Others testified, The Brand had ordered him murdered just before these said events.
In this latest Arrest for EDD fraud out of Lake County. Thompson and Hutchins also allegedly filed for EDD benefits for themselves, claiming income of $120,000 in 2019 despite the fact both were in prison until midway through 2019, authorities say.
They also are suspected of bilking companies in the area out of up to $1.5 million in loans obtained by claiming to operate a wildfire mitigation operation and purchasing heavy equipment, then leasing it out to others for payment, authorities say.
For Mr. Thompson’s excuse-of being in Los Angeles-to be plausible here we must suspended reality. No Convict would give their personal information to another to apply for anything without checking it out first and after, “do your research,” as Mr. Thompson himself says. So, to believe the information we can glean from this limited “The Damage Done Podcast,”interview (more about that later) one can only conclude: Mr. Thompson is proclaiming himself a victim of identity theft. There is no way he could otherwise justly substantiate the procurement of EDD benefits under the requirements of a Personal Contractor (Self-Employed individual who lost wages due to the COVID 19 Pandemic). He doesn’t qualify for any amount much less for the sum $450 a week from state, and $3-600 a week he received from feds for over a year. Mr. Thompson “identity” was collecting around a thousand a week for over a year, and $450 thereafter for several months, and he knew nothing? Additionally whoever claimed his identity prize, collected over $25k in a lump-sum a few day or weeks after initially applying before monthly payments started rolling in, and all the while someone had to go online and certify the entire time. What were those IP addresses?
My humble opine? Mr. Thompson is an abject fraud and liar. He hopes he can waive time long enough for the records can be sealed once he cuts a deal, knowing that others involved can’t comment or release reports (evidence) in the case.
This host looks around continuously during interview. Either from ADHD or he thinks Thompson is a joke. If the later: why not skewer him with exactitude and truth? Ask him some meaningful questions? “Mr. Thompson so you never collected EDD, went to an ATM or used a BANK OF AMERICA EDD CARD FOR ANY PURCHASES?”
I must assume here: this interview was run through his attorney and all questions were controlled. But if my previous hypothetical question about EDD card had no merit, Mr. Thompson would be going around saying he new nothing of EDD Benefits whatsoever. But he’s not because he did, and if he did-it’s a legal axiom he’s guilty.
Mr. Thompson repeatedly pronounces “ludacris.” as ludicrous(t). There are many other examples of his sesquipedalian tendency’s in his interview cannon. But in that, Mr. Thompson doesn’t even know the word ends in an (S) and not a (T), concludes he suffers from malapropism as well.
Mr Thompson using a Native American Backdrop and stealing (appropriating) their culture to run interference on his past and present crimes is blatant disregard for their struggle(s). Him name dropping Sonny Barger, knowing he just died and his story cannot be corroborated? Mr. Thompson expects us to believe one of the most notorious prison rats was tipped by a man who was near death about an attempt on his life. That man SONNY, (arguably) THE MOST FAMOUS OUTLAW IN THE WORLD called to give “a heads up” to Mr. Thompson?
So Michael your saying, Sonny Barger condoned rats? Looked out for rats? Associated with Federal Informants?

I just had a preliminary on a 3rd owi case from 2020 Milwaukee county is so back logged from COVID when they canceled courts until they got zoom set up that they pushed all non violent cases to back so yes right now some county's can have this situation happen with non violent cases

Life life out here has its moments but like I told the guys over at Centinela when I went in there. it’s a lot harder being in prison than it is out here. I’m also fortunate that I have some good people helping me out along the way thanks for keeping up with our channel.
Me and a couple buddies got a good friend of ours that rattle the cage a little too much in a California prison and he wound up dead pretty quick. Still trying to get the details on that, nobody's ever even seen his body you know. It's hard to get details from prisons if they don't want you to have them. To this day his family's still hasn't been told the details of his death. They were simply told it was an overdose, but that ain't really satisfactory.

I spent my youth in cya, went on to discharge 3 separate #s and last paroled in 2016 from pelican bay.wasted 20 years of my life kicking that same revolving door .I ain't nobody, never claimed to be.i stayed active and left in good standing. Put in my share of work, and did what I had to do to survive and to keep the woodpile respectable.my problem now is prison is never far from my thoughts. Always watching these stupid ass prison channels or reading something prison oriented. My question to you mitch , will I ever get past this bullshit?? I'm 55 now, no retirement benefits coming from my career in cdc, and am facing all the problems you'd expect .I find myself hanging on by a thread out here , trying to fit in with society. I dont want to go back to prison because I know I won't come home this time. Any suggestions from someone who has been there done that?
