I realize that this was posted some time ago, but my YT algo just brought it to my “suggests.” I also realize & appreciate what I think your channel is doing-presenting some crime/prison lore & facts in an entertaining way that certain people can relate to.
I’d like to ask a question about your use of the term “dark,” as in “dark times,” “dark days,” “dark dealings,” etc. I have no interest in picking a fight, bickering, or sending undue criticism.
But it’s a term that is coming into the lexicon on so many, many YT channels these days, & I do wonder whether its use has intention behind its popularity, lately, or whether individuals-like you or your narrator-are very simply following what appears to be a “trend” in use of certain word patterns.
This one is just all over the place in social media, & it seems to me, a frequent user but casual observer of these memes & tropes, that a subconsciously-directed whispering campaign is in effect, & I’d like some advance notice of what effect it is intended to produce.
Whatever you can tell me is greatly appreciated, for good or ill. I’m not a subscriber, just came across this vlog & it comes across as “real nitty-gritty,” & down-to-earth.
Prison life is a sound & a growing microcosm of the society as that inmate stated in his hearing. Its always a study in sociology, if nothing else. Please let me know whatever you find, if you’re still active. 🌱🪷☮️
O! You tell a good story, too! & many people could benefit from being informed re: prison as an industrial institution. PEACE.

When describing what was going on in society from 69 to 71, he casually states Black Panthers and "other Black militants" were shooting cops in the street and "getting away with it." He describes it as random lawless murder. He's leaving out the fact that these encounters involved crooked cops who were targeting, harassing, and frequently murdering Black folks on a regular basis...the very type of occurrence that led to the actual creation of the Panthers.

Prison guards should be forced to wear body cams like street cops do. That way when a crime is committed, it can show if that co did nothing and just sat there, or it can show if they are doing something illegal. Ultimately it can be a deterrent for them to stop helping commit crimes behind bars and for them to held accountable and actually do their jobs

The "white, female lawyer" referenced was Fay Stender. Another white radical, leftist and feminist of the era who represented Black Panthers and BGF in numerous high profile cases. BGF would later send Edward Brooks, who tied up Stender, her son, daughter, and female lover. He then shot Stender several times, leaving her paralyzed and in constant pain. She finally committed suicide. BGF claimed it was for her betrayal of George Jackson and the movement. Others say she refused to smuggle contraband into the prison for them. Could be the same thing. Either way, it seems like female accomplices (i.e. lawyers and guards), whether motivated by sex or ideology, are always expendable to these organizations.

    • @michaelmaxey5725
      @michaelmaxey5725 2 роки тому +15

Brooks shot Fey when he robbed her because he was addicted to Coke and she had only $10.00. Fay was one of only a few lawyers that would help prisoners with the law in the 70s-80s. Losing her is why Brooks was killed in 1986, and Hugo "Yogi" Pinnell was stabbed (Brooks was his bodyguard) on a segregated BGF yard in January 1986 in Old Folsom, 4A Security Housing Unit (SHU), with 10 inch steel knives with Shamrocks engraved in the handles.
The UTubers and millenials do not have a clue about what really went on or the true innerworkings of the organizations.
After intitial protection, it became about power, money, drugs, and more power.

I would bet anything that this "white" lawyer is actually of a particular "group" that cannot, and may not be mentioned. Also find it very interesting how she chose to fly across the world to re-locate to Hong Kong before "committing suicide". The connections to PRC/Maoists/CCP are very likely.
Paints a very interesting picture to say the least. Says quite a bit about whats going on today in America with the drug epidemic and Chinese Fentanyl and Mexico's/Latin America's connections to Marxists in the early 20th century

Lots of people especially low income blacks, Latinos, and first nations end up in jail all the time for sh**t they did not do. They can't afford a lawyer and the court will give them more dead time than what they would get if they just plead out. The idea that the system only targets the guilty is delusion. The penal system is not about crime hence the war on drugs it is there to institutionalize neo slavery .

Interesting fact: Jackson's life, beliefs and ultimate fate were the topic of one of the many audio tapes recorded at the Jonestown commune in Guyana during 1978. In the tape in question, Jones' tirade touches on several issues relating to Jackson, most notably Jones' firm belief that Jackson's death was a racist assassination. His admiration for the Black Panther activist on the tape is as clear as his disgust that the follower could think he was remotely in the same league as Jackson. Jones states at least twice during the 45-minute recording that "people like [the follower] killed George Jackson."

Good video. I think you should look into that hypnosis story more. I bet that’s some crazy shit. Manson was hypnotized in prison when he was locked up for seven years before he was paroled and did what he did. His parol officer kept him out of jail even though he was violating his parole and committing crimes. His parole officer was even tied to the scientists running the prison MK experiment and eventually adopted one of Mansons biological kids. Weird.

To say I'd rather hang out with the most terrifying people on the face of this earth, rather than being in isolation should tell anyone everything they need to know on this subject. We must look at countries like Sweden and others that are really rehabilitating people. Our jail system isn't working. In fact once someone has spent time in prison its very very very hard to live a str8 life after. We are better than this, we can do better. Please don't be silent about this topic. This affects ALL of us, in one way or another. We need to show people how to live str8, not treat people like animals. However, they are not violent countries (well, since Viking times) to begin with and their culture and entertainment Do Not Glorify violence and law breaking. I know, I grew up there. A 14 minutes and 55 seconds the maker of this channel says a very good strip of words about how unnatural prison is and what can do to your mind. It's a very good explanation if anybody wants to understand a little more about why people that come out I've got issues they never had when they went in and these issues are not anything you can see cuz by the way one's deceptiveness and level of ability to deceive exponentially rises through that exposure to that environment especially elongated exposure and the intensity of which the danger was and violence in that environment. Meaning someone could only be there for a year or 5 years but it could contain more violence and more intensity of violence or threat of violence than someone that's been there 20 years though that is not common that it would usually be the other way around. Just wanted to give him some credit or credits due cuz that's always how you should do life the guy does have some good information on here just telling it how it is some of the stuff he says is right on point he definitely knows about the criminal world and knows a lot of very serious criminal people and grew up in an area and a block and a building that was about a serious as you get even to this day in America very scary place or could be.

The documentary you should do is on the "greenlights" that have been issued on groups. When La Eme put the green light on maravilla (they took it off), the AB put the green light on NLR, USAS, etc, the NF and Bulldogs (different than a green light, but similar). Nobody is doing stuff on the history and reasons for that.
