This was done two yrs ago and only one comment being made in that time. Well its probably one the best split video ive come across and ive spent alot of time as in months to try and get my brain to get this split movement done. Iam saving this one
This is a wonderful video about movement. I have been searching for such information for decades. Books and other videos did not provide anything as useful as this video. I'm very grateful.
Great video on the split step. Aisling explains things very clearly and thoughtfully. It's obvious that she put a lot of effort into this video. Thanks, Aisling!
Ha, stumbled upon this. This is exactly the missing thing in my squash right now (along with just better awareness of when opponent hits and me arriving at the T simultaneously). I agree that this is a great video; it fills in huge gaps I've had. Though I've known about the split step for years, I haven't effectively put it into my game. Soft knees, drop and go! Thanks :)
YES, the BEST video on the split step. It describes VERY WELL the step-by-step components and exercises. Somewhat "sad" to see si few comments on this excellently instructive video!
This is the best video I have seen on the split step. I've been working years to perfect my split step. I'm surprised so few views. I guess most squash enthusiasts already have a good split step.
Great video. I needed this video right now for my preparation for league
Brilliant video, ty Aisling.
Excellent training for old player

The best split step end to end video on UA-cam... you might want to break it up into a short series of videos.
