Yeah good job mate, I like it & ur new HOH badge. Have u had any issues with the paper towel unrolling as u travel from vibrations etc? If it was unrolling at all I was thinking maybe u could add a little bit of thin-ish spring steel to apply a bit more down pressure from above or behind in centre of roll. Nice setup. Cheers
Cheers mate. Yes, my paper towel unrolls unfortunately. I'm sure if I make it a tighter fit into the towel roll it'll be much better. That's a great idea though! Thanks 🤙
Thanks for subscribing mate! I used stainless dome head bolts and put 50x50x3 aluminium square plates on the underside of the floor with a washer and nyloc nut 👍
Problem with 25x25 is you have to order and stock more material, and you only have 22ish mm to drill and bolt, which can be a dog to drill in tight spots. By using sheet, you can fold it different ways to add more strength (ie S or C channel), you can make the bolted section as wide as you need, the material is already in stock and you can usually make it from scrap you would normally throw out.
Cheers mate. You can actually DIY a folder out of some basic materials such as angle iron and some pipes. There are a few videos on UA-cam of how to make them 👍
Great video mate!
Building out my Hilux canopy at the moment and this has given me some inspiration.
Cheers mate! I'm keen to see what you come up with for your canopy!
Nice build!
Thanks mate! 😁
Far out man you made that look easy! I wish I had the experience you’ve got in sheet metal! You’re very good at it!
Cheers mate! The magic of editing 😂 It's all just practise mate 👍
Hey mate just found your channel. Appreciate all the effort you go into showing all the steps! Top quality work! Keep it up
Much appreciated mate! I try to show as much detail as I can without it becoming too dragged out and boring.
Would love to have a workshop like that
It certainly makes fabricating things easier 😁
Nice work! ugh I'm dreaming of a sheet metal bender/press like that.
Cheers mate! Definitely makes life a bit easier 😁

Hi Craig. Please don't go and advertise your channel on my videos without even contacting me about it
So easy to do when you have all the tools. ……………………………..the skills also help a lot
More can be created with more skills and less tools than more tools and less skills. It's all about the operator 👍
Nice work mate
Looks like you have access to a workshop with some good gear and skills and ideas
Regards another fabricator who loves doing the same 👍
Cheers mate 🤙 Gotta love creating something from nothing 😁

G'day, awesome build. Have subscribed! What screws do you use to mount the pantry to the aluminum canopy floor? Are they self tappers?
Thanks for subscribing mate!

Awesome I like that

Hey mate awesome video, good tip is to just use 25x25 angle for your locking lever bars, fair bit cheaper if you make a few and easy as
Cheers mate! Always more ways than one to skin a cat 🙂

@@MRMOPARMAN0426 I just use the angle because I make heaps of them so I have plenty in stock, then I just rivet them, but sheet is also a good way

Great video mate. If you were just starting out and didn’t have a folding machine like that why could you use instead?
Cheers mate.

How has the mesh netting held up over the past few months?
It's held up well! Would be nice if the mesh was a little bit stiffer, however I really can't complain

How much for a custom pantry? Start a small business. All other pantry’s come standard dimensions.
You put your logo on upside down ;)
DOH!!! 😂
