    The bonded fabric blade is the exact same blade as the premium fine point blade, they are just a diffeent colors to keep them seperate ( like scissors only for fabric)

      Yes correct. However it is super helpful because sitting fabric much like cutting cardstock can be tough on your blade and will fill it faster. It’s best to use that with the explore machines to save the blade you use for cutting vinyl from being damaged sooner than it needs to be.

    Thanks for sharing your knowledge with us and this was a ver informative video. May I ask what is the washing situation afterwards. I wanna do something like this for myself bit afraid it'll mess up afterwards.

      Wash cold like colors inside out. I recommend line drying but that’s because my dryer get as hot as the sun lol

    Can I use a stained glass pattern and cut it on fabric? I can get a pdf file, or a printout of it. I’ve never used a cricut.

    • @CorinneBlackstone
      @CorinneBlackstone  12 днів тому

      PDF files are not compatible with cricut. You can cut whatever pattern you want but you need to use a file type like png jpg SVG for the cricut

    Can I use regular HTV, or only puff? Great video. Btw I had asked question before finishing the video, so the question was answered lol

      Htv will work fine. I’ve done this with strip flock, holographic lots of options

      Thank you for asking because I'm a newbie and not at the puff vinyl level yet.

    Does the rotary blade do well with cursive names? I’ve done this method before with felt and used the fine point blade in the fabric housing.. I couldn’t get the rotary blade to cut cleanly so I’m not sure if maybe it’s just a fluke blade or I’m doing something wrong.

      Yes the rotary tool is awesome for those tight turns and spaces

    Thank you for this amazing ❤ idea. This is amazing. Just wondering, how does it hold in the washer?

      Beautifully! I have a shirt I made to test before I did this and its been washed dozens of times and its still going strong!

    I guess I will have to experiment. But I've seen some other videos where they leave the paper on.
    Gets confusing

    • @CorinneBlackstone

      I’ve left the backing paper on the heat and bong but it tends to get stuck to mat so I prefer to remove it. You can do whichever way works best for you

    May I ask what program you use to create the designs? Could you use like photoshop and upload images? Clean work!

    • @CorinneBlackstone
      @CorinneBlackstone  7 місяців тому

      It’s design space and yes you can design outside of it using other programs and loading them in to cut. I actually do my personal designing in inkscape

    Can you just iron the cut outs or do you have to have a press to make the maker useable

    • @CorinneBlackstone
      @CorinneBlackstone  4 місяці тому +1

      A home iron is ok but it won’t work with the puff htv. A heat press is really gong to give you the best results

    Are you going to purchase the cricut venture?

    • @CorinneBlackstone
      @CorinneBlackstone  10 місяців тому +2

      No I’m not. That is way too much money for a machine in my opinion
