Mine works fine .. some folks don’t read .. if your car is not driving it won’t function .. it detects vibration you are in car and driving .. also the wick needs to be flipped or replaced also if it dries out . I’ve had mine now 2 years and works fine outside of some maintenance like this from time to time. Some of these stories are true though. Early production did have some issues.
I have one from the Hotel Collection. It seems like it works great when it's in a hot car. It gives large puffs. On the cool days, not much comes out. It's almost as if it's not working.
The sticky thing is all fine and dandy but how long does that last and do they send another one with the refills? The stick won’t last with the original one they sent.
How do I OPEN the reusable car diffuser bottle to put oil in it? I appreciate your help. You did not cover it in the video. you already used a filled up cartridge.
I think you are confusing the HOME oil bottles.....with this CAR Diffuser. These oils come 'pre packaged' in discs already.....you just change the wic out.
I experienced the exact same thing and I completely agree with you. The customer service has been horrendous. I have no been able to get this issue resolved and customer service has not been helpful. Have you had any luck on your end? I reached out to customer 3 times and kept getting the same go around. They also told me that tech support would reach out to me but no one has contacted me!
@@kronik352 dear as per my view there are 2 types of nebulizer oil diffuser for cars. One with cotton cylinder and other with pipe. For the amount paid for this device, this should not be the quality and outcome.

@@Mardeet hi thanks for ur reply :) Can u plz also tell about ur long term review? How is it holding up? Does it really makes ur car smell comfortable?
It’s great , no issues and still on the first scent bottle. It keeps the car smelling amazing during trips. My car is garage stored , so not sure about extreme temperatures impacts other than parking times outside.
Excuse me if I missed out on this in the video, but how long is a pod recommended to last? I know that the variations are different but do they have it somewhere on their website?
Great question, but the answer is, it depends.. there are a bunch of intensity settings you can choose from. The more intense the less time it will last you. I’m still on my first scent module and use the second lowest setting. 8 hours in at least and still going strong!
I purchased 2 and I can't get either to work. They are fully charged, turned on HIGH but NOTHING! So frustrating. I can't find any videos for troubleshooting - real frustrating.
same here. I know it is fully charged and the wick is wet on both ends. No idea.... I have had it for 6 months and it worked for the first month and then just stopped.
Just a heads up the issue with mine to me was manufacturing defect. We were missing the holes on top for the mist to come through. We noticed the difference on their website. Just drilled our own holes and now it works. Not idea but what can I do.
I purchased 2. One for me one for husband. Worked great first month. I got an electric car and now it won't work. I thought it was that it couldn't detect the motor running because there is NO MOTOR. I asked before I purchased if it would work in an EV car and they said yes. Go figure. They are sending me another one to make sure it's not broken or anything.
@@kronik352 hi. The new one worked just like the first one. It worked for a little while then it stopped. My husband who does NOT have an EV vehicle experienced the same with his. I won’t buy anymore. We have the full system in our home and love it. This one…not so much unfortunately. Just to give you an idea on time…I never even used up the oil that was in it. Neither did he. Not even half way gone.
Initially when I purchased the Aroma 360 smart car diffuser it came with everything to make it work. My car got stolen and I purchased it again and they sent it without the bottle with the oil and the cotton core. Yes, I returned it because it’s useless without those 2 components. Ordered it from Hotel one and it came with the cotton core attached to the bottle of oil which they call cartridge. They call it cartridge because you can’t refill it, you have to buy it again once the oil is finished. Hotel one and Aroma 360 are one and the same company. They also claim their oil you use in your home can’t be used in the smart car diffuser because it’s not consistent…hmm. That way you have to keep buying their cartridges for $42 every time the one in your car is depleted. It’s all about the money!
If you dont mind......can ya sum up what youve found out about it? I JUST started looking into this device, and so far it SOUNDS great!?!! Id LOVE to hear what ya found out.
Make sure its charged up, make sure the wick is wet on the end touching the infuser(top part). Make sure the wick is pushed into the oil well enough to keep wet. Also, this will not work unless it detects motion. So if you expect it to start working just sitting, it won't. You have to be driving. That keeps it from working when you are not in your car. Just some tips.

It has little puffs of air come out so don’t expect a big stream. At least that’s what mine does! I think this product has to grow on me for the money I spent on it. Not sure it’s worth all of it.
It does have little puffs, you can adjust the intervals of the puffs. I rather enjoy it in my Audi. Unlike other car fresheners you become immune to them. This you don’t. It’s unique also on the scents. I’m a fan. It’s truly though a product you have to justify the spend for.
