@SURPRISE I purchased from Hotel Collection. I came to this thread today to leave an update. I had to get a replacement because the 1st one stopped working in less than a month. I got the replacement today and that one doesn't work. I am beyond disappointed being that I paid over $200 for mine. I will be returning both for a full refund. I was really looking for a quality diffuser but all signs are saying this is not it for me.
That’s too bad, maybe you got a bad run of models? I did not have any issues with mine , and it’s been great. Their support is good. But don’t blame you for the two strikes and their out.
@@Mardeet perhaps you are correct. A bad batch happens more than many people can imagine. I really hate that it didn't work out for me. I will say this as a Warranty Coordinator of a manufacturing company research , research, research. Had I looked at the Facebook reviews I may not have ordered this at all. It has been my experience that when vendors have short warranties they normally don't stand behind the longevity of their product. Not all the time but often. Also, if you can't reach a company by phone, that may also be another buyer beware sign. In my case, they respond today to my email. The service rep was extremely nice. I will return the item and hopefully my refund goes smoothly. Glad your difusser worked out for you.
I bought two after smelling one in my cousin’s bathroom. I also over-purchase candles that run out fast so this is a practical alternative. I accidentally left it on all day once but was surprised that the oil was still plentiful so it doesn’t run out fast. Now I make sure to put it on a timer in case I forget.
I ordered the large scent cartridge but not to panic people because I just transferred the liquid form the larger bottle to the on that came inside the diffuser. Again for me I used the bottle in came with to transfer the liquid from the larger bottle to the smaller one. I did not but the smaller liquid.
Worst customer service I have ever experienced. Basically none existent. Waited for my $900 order for 2 months and don’t receive everything with no explication and instead of refunding your cc they offer you a gift card. This company is a joke! Lots of hype from celebs and influencers with no substance.
I believe the Abercrombie & Fitch store at the mall near me has some type of scent pumped out through there system somehow. It’s way too strong, that the scent permeates out from their store into the walking area, way before you get to their store.
To be fair , I haven’t had any issues with all three of my diffusers. Love them .. I’m going to be reviewing the big boy soon.. Their VanGough 360.. I plan to use it outside some to add some scent to pool parties and dinners.
I have the mini and having problems with it, called the company 2X and never received a person, then I contacted them thru chat after watching the company how to video, Cindy the custo mer chat person was NO help at all ...customer beware
I've set up my diffuser , finally received the remote , the light stays blue . Hasn't sent any scent out . The remote, a black one doesn't seem to do anything but turn red when I push button ... help !
Buyer beware, this company has been reported to the Better Business Bureau and FTC for fraud. Missing items in orders but they’ll say its all there. Multiple people I’ve talked to all have the same experience

That's what I've been researching. Because it would be amazing to mix my own DIY fragrance oils for continued use. Especially if you're blind buying their fragrance
My order came today. Remote not the same. It splashes, no mist. I notice the tube does not have the black tip like yours. A waste of money. Have to pay to return. DO NOT BUY!!!
I’d contact them as a support issue vs a return issue. You do not have to pay to ship it back as defective to replace it. I’m not sure what you mean by remote not the same? It may not match mine look wise. Designs change , so I would not compare my parts to anything new.
Smells amazing. However, both my diffusers started making a weird vibrating/humming sound making it impossible to use. I called the company and they asked me if I’ve ran alcohol through it. Yes tried that. Shoulder shrug after that:/
Ours came in and I did not pour the scent into the cleaning bottle. I removed the empty container and put the 50ml bottle of oil into the diffuser. Is this wrong? Are you suppose to pour it in the clear bottle? The instructions that came with it are not clear by the way
I just attached the bottle with the scents . I use the cleaning bottle with water when I switch our scents only. This flushes the system for the next scent.
@@Mardeet thank you! Want to make sure I was doing it right. I notice I can’t turn it off on the remote so it’s continuously misting when it runs so I unplugged it from the unit as it says you shouldn’t run it more than 8 hrs a day. Maybe I have a bad remote?
I got mine for 5 months now and I don’t know but it does not seem to work . I have not change the bottle and every time I look to see if I need to change ,no I don’t is full. I don’t know why . I don’t smell anything the light is blue . I turned off and back on again it works but nothing comes out. I don’t know. Sometimes I don’t know if it works or not?

You can use the scent bottle you use up first when empty to clean it with their approved cleaning solution. An extra bottle is not needed, and is waste. I do READ and use before videos unless the vendor says otherwise in the contract . Thanks
I think it is, & mine doesn’t smoke unless I turn it sideways, but I also used the 50ml oil bottle & just screwed it into the machine, after seeing this I poured it into the bottle it came with, incase it was due to the line being bent. I shall see if it starts smoking.
Do NOT buy !!! We have 2 units and they are making the loudest sound and CS has been ZERO help. They asked for a video and once I sent the video I never heard back. Apparently this happens a lot and they keep asking customers to send in a video. This is a stall tactic and they need to be shut down for poor business practices.

I just got mine yesterday and it's louder than I expected. I love the My Way scent. The diffuser seems to be pretty durable.

Places can definitely OD on it .. probably need to dial back the frequency settings of how often it engages .
Can you charge the diffuser and use without the plug in cord attached. I don’t like seeing wires.
I love it!! I have referred a few of my friends and they love it. Can we use other oils in it? The oils are a bit pricey..but they do smell great!!

Has anyone tried using a concentrated oil other than Aroma360 or Hotel Diffuser? For example, the reed diffuser oil from Nest.

Can you use a nebulizer diffuser with this oil? This diffuser is so pricy!

The bottle is for cleaning. The straw coils in the bottom as intended and fits as intended. READ then make videos.
