I have this gel and the ultra precision brush and it never looks like this. It looks patchy and smudged. It doesn't matter how many times I apply it. Always smudged and patchy.

The gel is dry and VERY hard to apply! it even flakes off! I need tips on how to apply and what brush is recommended!

I agree with @LisaofTroy. The gel is dry and flakes-doesn't go on smoothly. As a contac wearer-flecks get under my contacs. Terrible.
