I just noticed that LoL loads the match but it's stuck at 1 fps, my valorant is like that too, this happened after I installed the same version of the driver you're using. I took it from Intel's own website, I already reinstalled the driver and nothing. NOTE: It worked normally before I updated. Can you give some help?
Go to system setting then put ur resolution on 800x600 then go to Intel command centre then on the display tab scroll down to the bottom and put from maintain aspect ratio to streteched then click and hold windows button and R at the same time and type %localappdata% then go to fortnitegame then saved then configure then windows client then right click on gameusersettings then click properties then make sure read only Is off then exit then left click into gameusersettings then scroll down till u find resolution thingy then change the top on to 500 then the bottom one to 320 and do the same for the other resolution thingy under it, then go to file then click save then exit then right click again on gameusersettings and tick read only on then apply then OK. (And if u trouble opening clicking stuff on fortnite press and hold alt+enter at the same time the go window mode and when u in game you can click the same button to go back to full-screen) (please tell me u read this coz I wrote a lot😊)

I have 8gbs of ram a intel core 6300u and a intel 620 pcbenchmark says I should be able to run minimum because of my graphics card
My cpu and ram can run recommend and graphics card minimum

U should use stretched res and how are you recording without any fps drops

The other steam games don't have this problem, they work normally.

I have gtx 950m, intel i57200u and 8gb ram and the game keep stutering hard, the fps are good but the stuttering dont let me play
