Bottom line, If Bronny is on a standard NBA contract next season, then he was absolutely shown preferential treatment. The young man has shown no ability or potential to be a high level pro. It’s a bad look for the league, when there are legit guy’s struggling to make the NBA, and Lebron’s little boy is gifted a spot onto a team.
But what if develops and performs at the level of an nba player, being Lebron’s son gives him the looks from scouts but the rest is on him being able to prove if he belongs or not.

He's good at what he does for his clients...That's what an agent is supposed to do...
The point of the conversation from Rich Paul’s perspective is simple. There’s a vast untapped potential in Bronny and it has the best chance of being unleashed in the Pro level. Bronny has the fundamentals of being a professional basketball player, it’s just up to him how much he wants to make of it once he’s drafted. He is not fully prepared now but the potential to be great is attainable for him.

If there’s no special treatment as Rich Paul is speaking about, how is Bronny James even making it into the NBA when he’s not even considered as good as the last man on the bench…. This is all scripted and just turning into the WWE. Everything is fake
All he is saying without saying it is that politics play a huge part in a kid's success in college and that it plays a part in the draft stock as well... He also saying he's a good agent that can take players who have the skillset and intangibles of a good pro player that may just need the right push or be put in the right pro setting to flourish... He's not saying every kid can be turned into a pro, but Rich Paul is good at getting young guys guaranteed contracts (Even 2nd Rd - undrafted players) with a shot at becoming a valuable NBA player and not just a draft and stash player... Bronny will be fine.
This is a biased conversation. If any other prospect averaged what bronny did, NO WAY Gil would be talking about "bones of a house". Bronny was average in high school. Below average in college. Somwone needs to say to rich "tell me 5 bad things about Bronny". He wont be able to do it.

Gil stuttered when he said shot making ability 😂😂😂😂😂😂
4:05
I been saying this. No 20 year old who grew up with their parents, wants to leave college, friends and cheeks to travel state to state with their Daddy.
Your dad isnt Lebron James. Or Ken Griffey. So stop hating
Bronny isn't the average 20yr old tho
His dad isn't working second shift at the plant in Mississippi. His dad is a Billionaire Basketball superstar for the Lakers any kid would want this.
@@elvingallard7255you're projecting, u don't know this. This is something YOU would want
I could have watch this with the sound off and got more of an answer to the questions
“He shouldn’t get special treatment” - Yet didn’t even start in college…
Thats how to get around like a politician, just BS'n😂
2:06 nobody expects him to average no crazy amount his best year playing basketball was his senior year and he averaged 14 being a top 2 option he’s a role player at best and that’s okay he can hit open shots and he’s athletic
Except for his shooting percentage in college was garbage. Why do you think it will be better in the pros?
@@therealmccoy9948 I don’t honestly like I said at best he can be a role player everyone that’s not a stan knows he’s not ready but hopefully he can prove he can play a role or he’s out the league in 2 years
@@Splashgetcashout the league 😂😂😂😂
Let’s be honest, we’re only having this discussion because hes Lebron’s son. So many other good players in this draft and we know absolutely nothing about them.
Does this not show Gil is apart of klutch. That’s why he only interviews Rich. He never talks bad about Lebron. He caps 🧢hard asf for Lebron. What other proof we need.
What bad bro lol Lebron almost 40 years old
He was nodding profusely with too much glee like Rich was Jesus and Gil was Mark
@@martrellvabeach5437 aye we don’t want to hear he 40 no more retire if u can’t play. Other than that u get criticized like everybody else. Also HOW is he playing at 40 is the better question?? When everybody else has regressed
“Retire if you can’t play” lol played 71 games averaging 26 8 and 7 at 40 years old. What bad about Bron is Gil supposed to be talking about?
@@Myshon19 check his numbers wtf you mean lol . I hope his ass do learn so y’all can go back to barely selling tickets like before
Did he low key throw USC under the bus? lol
Is this a new interview?? I’m a little confused
Rich needs to open up a Media training section of his company the way he chooses words LoL
The point is...There are a lot of kids more talented that are not getting the opportunity he is just because of his father...Nobody has ever respected that and nothing you can say will ever make them respect that. but i must say, I wish Rich Paul was my agent for anything. He's good at what he does for his clients...That's what an agent is supposed to do...
Damn what episode was this??
Didn’t come out yet
This is from the episode that comes out Monday
Pre recorded
When Rich Paul talks it’s like a buffet.. you just gotta pick what’s good for you and what you’re satisfied with 😂
Imagine Bronny being picked before Gil 😂Dude acts like he wouldn’t be up in arms if he wasn’t a current player
He is not fully prepared now but the potential to be great is attainable for him.
rich paul is a 🌽🏀
more money than you'll ever have, smarter than you'll ever be
@@ichirosuzuki2252 he could have all that im just glad im not one of his G🌈Y groupie fan bois in the comment section, who's also broke n not as smart & dont know buddy in real life 👀 🤡😒
@@ichirosuzuki2252Not saying I agree but the word cornball has nothing to do with being smart or rich.
@@ichirosuzuki2252 And Trippy Redd will have more money than you'll ever have. So what?
Girl's laugh and smirk, hilarious.
HE SAID A BUNCH OF NOTHING
This why we don’t trust Gil takes on lebron lol. He’s brought and paid for to allow Rich to come on the show and push this propaganda lol. The only reason he even known is cause of his daddy. Not only is his daddy using nepotism he’s forceful with it. He wants his son a 1st round draft and his podcast cohost a head coaching job for the lakers. We never send this in sports to this degree and the sports media claiming lebron has nothing to do with it lol. Sports has literally turned into politics, especially basketball!
How the hell did that make any sense I can't increase a players IQ? That comes from experience
This guy rich Paul said 6’7 yea ok 👍🏾
Bronny hasn't proven he deserves to be developed on the pro level.
Rich I’ve been following you for sometime now. I believe in your desire to acquire the best on all levels for your clients.
Dude averaged 5 pts on a bad team. Take the name off the jersey and what NBA would draft him? Even this silver tongue Rich Paul can’t sell Bronny. Where is rashad? He would have given his honest take on Bronny, not these 2 Lebron D-riders.
I felt he answered the question exactly how he should. And everything he said made total sense. I dont understand what you all expect him to say. *speaking to the people in the comments*
If there’s no special treatment as Rich Paul is speaking about, how is Bronny James even making it into the NBA when he’s not even considered as good as the last man on the bench…. This is all scripted and just turning into the WWE. Everything is fake
I can see why cemetery Larry ain’t here😂
All he is saying without saying it is that politics play a huge part in a kid's success in college and that it plays a part in the draft stock as well...
They understand each other, they are of the same feather.
Would love to see Steph and Seth play together before their careers over
Rich Paul business mouth piece A1
Financial commitment...? He had a heart attack last year lmao, he's lucky to get a chance period. If he proves himself, then the financial commitment will come.
They all afraid to call out D2 Bronny bc of his dad. If he wasn’t son of NBA player, he would be in transfer portal going to mid level team trying to get playing time.
LeShortcut Career Klutch Sports James
This was so misleading. Bronny should’ve never been drafted. 4ppg is not nba talent.
Gill is giving us GOLD
Told Mccants to get up outta here
My guy Rich!!!!!!
Rich Paul is speaking FACTS.
i wish Rashad was here to give some push back on some of this bs he saying lol. Gil just gonna glaze lmaooo. he not ready for the NBA point blank period
There is absolutely nothing wrong with Bronny playing another year in college. He would only improve his draft stock.
Happens in more than just public schools and urban communities.
To those who do not understand what Rich is talking about let me explain.
Rich Paul is full of crap, he won't let the kid play in the D-league cuz he knows he would probably be stuck there.
Gil Really just agreeing with Rich says lol
I’d love for Rich to be my lawyer! Look! I know my client is a killer and he was at the scene. But there was a million mf’s there dressed just like him😂
😂😂😂 that's funny good one
Drop the interview
4.8 ppg…….. in one of the worst conference.
Gils reaction to him saying people learn better at the NBA level
