Ok, I WAS LIKE YOU, yes you! , who read this and still trying to make right decision. I was checking every video and all possible online opinions for probably 2 days. I have red, heard about gyro drift issue and other negative stuff regarding Waza Air, but I took the leap. NO regrets whatsoever ! Giro thing is not that important, sound and freedom are. If you want best possible sound of your guitar through headphones, this is it ! no kidding. So, If you have paid all the bills and kids are feed, do not hesitate, in my humble opinion they are worth it. Playing along to backing tracks in any room you like is priceless. Exercising arpeggios on the toilet seat unforgettable :-)Trust me on this one ! If this comment helped you, please give me “like” below, I want to see lots of happy Waza Air users.
This will be revolutionary regarding headphone use when practicing. At that price, something I would not jump on until perhaps a third generation release.
Haha! Love your face when you try it for the first time😁 Just ordered mine, a bit expensive, but I guess I'm gonna love it. Thank you for a great review 🤘
Nice one! For practicing at home or on the road, while a bit pricey, it solves so many problems. In the long run I reckon they will be worth it. Cheers - Murdoch
can you plug your guitar into a katana amp, put the wireless dongle that plugs into your guitar normally and plug that into your katana amp instead so that the amp output goes to the waza air headphone instead that way you could use the katana amp patches as it looks like the waza air has limited tone setting adjustments.
On the bi aural demo it just sounds like a stereo pan ...I’ll take your word for it that it sounds out front or behind properly and not clamped to your head . Because the transmitter can be placed at the end of an effects chain , line out , I’m very intrigued . A legitimate practice rig I hope .
It can be kind of hard to demo the 3D image, but the feel of the sound when you're playing with them on you head is freaking awesome. Our video guy, Murdoch, already had his on back order...
The most important part for me is it sounds great with the higher gain settings. Most headphone rigs sound like buzzy crap for high gain. these high gain tones sound very, very close to the katana 50 amp which i also own, .
Hey Steve. Yeah you can! On the headphones there are 2 volumes, one for the guitar, and one for your backing track (whether it's from Spotify, Apple Music, UA-cam, or anywhere really. Cheers - Murdoch
07/24/2020: Hello, Tom from Orlando Florida. What is the dB level? I already have Tinnitus, so ai do not wish to damage my ears anymore. The following information was copied and posted here: Decibels & Damage Sound is measured in units called decibels (dB). Sounds of less than 75 decibels, even after lengthy exposure, are unlikely to cause hearing loss. However, extended or repeated exposure to sounds at or above 85 decibels (approximately the level of a vacuum cleaner) can cause hearing loss.
I've heard the gyro issue with these is not fixable with software. Boss are yet to confirm anything yet so if you've bought some, return them whilst you can. If it turns out Boss can fix it, you can always buy them again. If you haven't bought them yet, might be worth waiting for them to fix this problem.
What makes matters worse with the Gyro drift issue is that BOSS already new about it during development and actually comment about it in their “FULL” downloadable product manual. There’s a section commenting about minimising the drift. I’ve spoken to BOSS/Roland support. They advised I email some specific product specialists before Christmas but I’ve had no response yet...

Paid in full for a set today after trying them in my local store... No brainer..👍🇦🇺
If you actually try them out, you'd be stupid not to get a set. They're awesome!
Better Music Got to agree with that. My wife also agrees that I need a set so they have to a good thing.😂👍🇦🇺

Como que no sacan estos auriculares para monitor sin latencia. Sin amplificsdor de guitarra. Los músicos estamos esperando esto por muchos años
So, these can also be used for watching films, UA-cam etc on iPad and iPhone as a standard headphones and not just backing tracks, yes?
Yup! As long as the device can output bluetooth
Can you play along to backing tracks or use an auxiliary music source?
Yes you can by Bluetooth.

“I haven’t put these on yet ... they're quite comfortable, you can wear them for an hour, a couple of hours.”
yep you are just watching an advert
You're aware that your L/R channels on Fritz are flipped in perspective to camera?
What's their ETA, your website says pre-order.

Were you trying to say "binaural"?

What about stereo sound direct from the Headphones or from a stereo pedal board or multieffects unit?
