When did this other leak show up? I just changed my gasket because there was a very small leakage almost unnoticable, but now after the change it started dripping like crazy, could this be the cause or did my mechanic do something horrible wrong?

it did not show up, as it was there all along :) . regarding the mechanic, if you watch this ua-cam.com/video/NAElcGkdvys/v-deo.html , there are multiple possible failure points. The most common one is that mechanics don't tighten up the bolts in the right sequence, at the right torque or with a good torque wrench. Or he did not clean the surfaces.

It won’t help Bogdan. Seen so many attempts with different epoxy glues, welding the plastic, rubber based polymers, etc etc etc - nothing works, only new replacement is the cure unfortunately.

Thanks for the update, I'm currently psyching myself up to change the rocker cover gaskets but maybe I need a cover too. Plastic not so fantastic.😢😢
