I been with AFP 1 year & 5 months and recently I got into an accident 2 months and this was around 2 am in the morning going to my last stop and it was sprinkle rain going 55 MPH below the speed limit 70. I lost control of my truck and hit the concrete wall in the middle of the highway where it prevented me to go the other side of the highway. What cause me to lose control was there was some oil on top of the rain and it just happen so fast where I didn’t brake, I slow down and hit the concrete wall. Luckily the trailer was perfectly fine but the tractor itself wasn’t. I was not fired and my boss said it wasn’t my fault. This was 2 am in the morning at night and you can’t really see if there was oil on the ground or not. I wasn’t the only driver, but the semi truck before me was also in the accident and it was horrible.
Okay ima be honest I got a interview tomorrow for Amazon can I listen to my music or podcast or something I know about the cameras I use to do the delivery vans and had the same thing
I just started to AFP it’s a lot I like and a few things I hate. One thing is the sensitivity of the camera. Bro the yellow light red light violations are so dumb I need help with that that’s about it.
Is your contractor hiring? Already have my Class A CDL (automatic transmission) ~3 years Class B driving experience perfect driving record clean criminal record

I start Amazon this coming up week. Thank you. Again, can we reach for a drink of water?
Yes you can. Just don’t swerve while you reach for it

Already have my Class A CDL (automatic transmission)
~3 years Class B driving experience
perfect driving record
clean criminal record
But how many times does the camera have to say something before you get in trouble ? Like if it happens a few times a shift will you get in trouble
It depends on your company. My company has a graded scale/point system. Each safety event you get points, which can result in you losing days
I just got my CDL last week can you tell me where to apply to drive for Amazon?
Can’t wait man 🫡
