    Ingredients:
    traws Seafood pasta
    8-10 pounds spaghetti
    1 ½ pound seafood (shrimp , peeled and deveinedpound scallops )
    2-3 teaspoons creole seasoning
    2 tablespoons or more Olive or Canola Oil
    2 tablespoons unsalted butter
    ½ medium onion diced
    1 tablespoon minced fresh garlic
    14.5 ounce Roasted Diced Tomatoes
    2 teaspoons minced thyme
    ½ large bell pepper chopped
    1 cup seafood or chicken broth or more , replace with ½ cup spaghetti water and ½ cup water with ½-1 teaspoon chicken bouillon
    ½ to 1 juice of one whole fresh lemon
    Salt and pepper to taste
