Perfect for me, as I just woke up from a 16 hour slumber due to jet-lag after a long flight/transit from India to Australia. I was in India for 6 weeks, spending the last few weeks in Rishikesh, where I really hit the yoga mat. This Kriya certainly boosted my vitality as well as energising my body and mind. Thank you so much for this beautiful practice. The only request I have is if you could kindly allow just a few more seconds to transitions between poses as I was on a block for support and with a bigger body transition require a bit more adjustment. Thanks!

It's not easy to make a pre-recorded class that is suitable for all levels, body-types, etc. There may be times when you need to pause or modify the practice to suit your needs. And there is nothing wrong with that! Please always feel allowed to change the practice in any way to make it accessible to you 💗
