There is a FAQ/Errata that covers when boss monsters move.
THE MISSING BOSS MOVEMENT RULE (“OUT OF MY WAY!”)
During late-stage testing, a rule came up that should have been added to the rulebook, but for whatever reason it never was. Sorry about this!
If a Boss is instructed to move into an area but cannot fit because of other characters or scenery, follow these steps:
1. Destroy the largest piece of scenery in the area. The Boss’ move then ends, without it entering the area.
2. If there was no scenery in the area, characters in the area are hurled until there is room for the Boss. Enemies are hurled first, then Agents (or Backup Agents). The Lead Agent chooses the exact order in which character are hurled. Then the Boss moves into the area.

Not entirely sure if it applies to Liz’s flame attack but when you shoot at the frogmen in the second room you should downgrade one die as there are two of them in there, also the scenery absorbs some damage before you apply it? And you should have placed inferno markers there. Really enjoying this game!
Killed the monster but burned the building down. Another job well done by the B.P.R.D.
In sure you live the playing it wrong posts! But your playing it wrong 😜 Liz always adds flame marker on any fire attack, allies in the room or line of fire downgrade a die, if yellow die downgrade you get no die. Was a fun case file!

While handy as a teaching tool, it's just kind of saddening to watch Ash play a board game by himself :(

Nah, I like it when Ash plays Blackstone Fortress by himself. It actually got me to buy the game. :)

Thanks for this man. Great job. I do beleive that besides what others mention, frog swarms in your area also downgrade a dice, and enemies don't move toward target priority if already in melee with another agent (it stays and fights)?
