- The Zags’ journey in the NCAA Tournament ended Thursday.
Arkansas trailed the Zags for much of the first half, but came back on a 9-0 run to take the lead with 1:30 left in the half.
The Zags struggled to make shots and had a hard time rebounding with Chet Holmgren sitting out for most of the first half because of foul trouble.
Arkansas kept up the momentum in the second half, but the Zags had help with Holmgren back in. He was scoreless in the first half, but racked up double figures eight minutes into the half.
Turnovers hurt the Zags in the second half, but that didn’t stop Holmgren from tying the Gonzaga record for blocks in a single season.
He ultimately fouled out of the game with 3:29 left.
The Zags struggled through the second half and couldn’t quite keep with the Razorbacks. They lost 74-68. - Розваги
Hog fan here. MUCH props to Timme. Class act. We couldn’t be prouder because we beat a CLASS ACT team and a CLASS ACT coach. I have a feeling this might not be the last time these 2 teams meet in March considering Gonzaga’s dominance & what my Arkansas has on the horizon with next year’s #2 recruiting class.

Mark few is an awesome coach in the WCC, maybe he does this in a power five, but he hasn’t yet so why talk about it. These post season failures are consistent now.

Another Razorback fan from Fayetteville, I wish you guys well but dancing before the game wasn't cool. I know us Hog's have gotten cocky before and it usually doesn't go well. Maybe a lesson for next year. Good luck with the program, you guys are good!

Arkansas looked better. Officiating was trash, just as much for Arkansas as Gonzaga. Arkansas was just better. Give credit where it's due

All i got out of that whole video…. The zags lost it, arkansas didnt win it. Zags did what they wanted to do, just didnt make the shots in the end. Give credit where it is due. The Arkansas defense gave yall problem the entire game.

Man Timme’s defense is garbage and really hurt Gonzaga tonight. Just rewatched the highlights and every time during a switch he couldn’t get there in time or didn’t attempt to at all.
That's what happens when you play Pepperdine and ST Mary's and all the rest of those teams in that weak conference.

I don't think it's the team I think Mark Few isn't a championship caliber coach with that "Killer Instinct" He's the Doug Collins of College Ball. All that talent, can't produce a championship. Jordan didn't win a single ring until Collins was replaced in Chicago with Phil Jackson. Until Mark Few wins one he has proven me right every year.
@@patricksnavely5850 You don’t know jack shit about college basketball if you don’t think Few is an elite coach. This is his first time getting knocked out in the sweet 16 as a one seed. He has been to 7 straight sweet 16’s and is 4-3 in those. In the 3 losses he was a 11,4, and 1 seed. 4 elite 8 runs in the last 7 years is ELITE!
@@drewsimoncomedy atleast the broadcast are in HD now. So he can watch the next three game from the house. 4 of 7 is good, but 2 of 2 is better if we talking recent numbers.
