Damn Maeve, I don't know where you heard people didn't like Metaphor cuz besides Astro Bot, its the most criticality acclaimed game this year. Almost everyone I've seen played this game said they loved it, and even ones that don't like JRPGs have said it's great
The Elden Ring game is likely to be experimental like they did for DS2 and adding more skills and ideas. It is very important to know that Miyazaki is NOT directing it, but gave the idea his blessing. It is also not forced co-op and will be scaled when in co-op. EDIT: I forgot it is specifically directed by Junya Ishizaki, who worked on DS1, DS3, Bloodborne, Elden Ring, and Shadow of the Erdtree.
