- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 egg
- 3 tbsp unsalted butter
- 2 and 1/4 tsp instant yeast
- 1 tsp salt
- 3 and 1/4 cups of all purpose flour
* Ingredients for the custard cream:
- 2 cups milk
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 4 egg yolks
- 1/2 cup milk
- 2 tbsp unsalted butter
- 3 tbsp cornflour
- 1 tsp vanilla essence
