Mr kubeir . You didnt mention the blatant international students out of status over stays non-complaints with R220.1. Those really are the backlog.they going after 28000 yet there is like over some day 1 million students that have contravened the IRP but continue to stay in the country as we seen lately some resorting to criminality

@kubeir- I recently submitted my PR application and have final decision pending. At the same time I'm considering getting married. Would you suggest getting married earlier and adding her as an accompanying sponsor over getting ECOPR and then sponsoring her?
I think its better to sponsor your spouse once you become a permanent resident, including your spouse in a pending application may lead to a long delay in processing your application
Hi can you please guide..my application has exceeded normal processing time .i raise webform and their reply was a generic mean all documents and information have been received by the responsible office at the moment...what is this mean,? Do i need to worry or what can i do now

If I am coming on PR, do I have to show POF at the airport to immigration officer ??? Will the y generally ask or enquire it deep ???
Yes your confirmation of permanent residence doccument will not be signed until the immigration officer at the port of entry, is satisfied that you have sufficient funds to sustain you and any family members coming with you to Canada
It's not common, but you may be asked to show suffecient availability of funds in some cases
We should start with sending students back right after they complete their studies.
Then there won't be any International students, and Canada will lose billions of dollars.

I think it's an exaggeration to say that failed asylum seekers are contributing to the housing crisis. It'll be interesting to see how many were actually deported and their % to the no. of asylum seekers. The housing crisis is a monetary policy, bureaucracy & supply problem.
Yes, the housing crisis and supply issue are due to illegal immigrants renting homes at whatever asking amount is available.
@@SohailKhan-mo8cj you think illegal immigrants have more money? Immigrants in general are broke, are sharing with other families to just get by daily life and are 2nd class citizens with 0 political or social rights. Stop hating the people with lowest power and barely any money. Start looking at people with most power and money because they are the ones that have the means and ability to affect everything and everyone. People who are charging sky high rents and cost of goods while taking millions in bonuses are the problem.
