Does anyone know how some players are getting major speed boosts out of nowhere? Im running a max speed and max accel build and for some reason 6'4 powerforwards are still catching up to me like its nothing.
You gotta push left stick, this drove me fucking crazy at first but yeah when you have the puck especially you have to push the left stick down while skating.
Kind of amazing how much people haven’t been using this type to d build lmao most regular players use high shooting on their d builds high hitting total opposite , it’s the belly button build for PMD everyone uses it that or swap tape to tape with shut down

I think the bones preset is nasty 97 agility and skates backwards really well
Is the body checking stat affecting hip check? If not, id drop body check at that point
U still need to hit normal sometimes lol
What’s the difference between running 6’ or 6’1 on the PMD?
6’1 longer stick for pokes and pickup, 6’0 is better at turning and puck control
im sorry but when you said “usually not skating” As D we’re constantly skating in our zones and getting the puck up the ice haha

Yup it’s pushing the joystick in like a button while pushing up to skate also uses ur energy a lot faster doing this

Can’t you just nerf your agility because you got gold elite edges anyway? That’s what I do and the agility feels the same
Why not take passing all the way down? Also shot blocking is more about skill & reaction than the stat so I tend to nerf it all the way down as well
But doesn’t higher shot blocking make it so you can recover from blocking the shot faster?

I personally use shutdown over tape 2 tape, I’d recommend a newer player to use tape 2 tape though
