Saying Kane learned the 'Heart Breaker' from Bedard was comical.
Fr
facts
I’m still voting for Bobby Orr in 1970. Seems like the NHL didn’t exist before 2000 for the creator of the video.
Steve Ysermam’s goal was from 1996
I think that was the shot where he scored and dove in the air AFTER he scored. Unfortunately, it is represented as the opposite.
Nor did it for 90% of viewers
No clue how that isn't #1 hahahaha
How about Nystrom in 1980? Many good pre - 2000 options missed…
Bobby Orr should be in there.
100%
Also, Brett Hull! lol
Agreed!
Not to mention Bergeron's winner on the comeback in game 7 against the Maple Leafs. I don't think Slapshot likes the Bruins.
LMAO forgets Bobby Orrs stanley cup winner
fn joke.....
orr's goal is #1
It’s so clearly number 1 lol. Guys just a ranger hater
YOU DARE BRING IT UP IN THE PRESENCE OF A BLUES FAN?! THOU SHALT FACE CONSEQUENCES! (Joking)
@@josephnacka3999Why? It was some little shot on a give and go to win it in overtime… on a sweep 🙄 only reason it has any merit is the celebration. The goal itself was mediocre at best, and they beat a recent expansion team. Big whoop
2 goals in 17 seconds..... in the final 2 minutes ............. Chicago over Boston ..... to win the Stanley Cup..........................
Finally someone mentioned it!
More like Bedard learned that celly from Patrick Kane, come on now 🤦🏽♂️🤦🏽♂️
r/whoosh
Was looking for this comment 😂😂 you are true ! 😂 when he said that 🤦🏻♂️😂
I think Bobby Orr's flying goal should have been in here at #1. I can't think of a more iconic goal than that.
It’s iconic because of the celebration. The goal itself was mediocre ar best, and they swept a recent expansion team. Big whoop.
I remember the Captain Steve Yzerman scoring that blue line coal like it was yesterday. I have faith in him rebuilding the Red Wings.
Best goal!
Go Wings!
Me too. Yzerman was the GOAT captain
Bro just has a small brain for forgetting Bobby Orr’s OT winner in game 7 to win the Stanley cup💀
It wasn't game 7. It was game 4. The Bruins swept that series.
It was still the greatest cup-winning goal ever, though.
@@russellsketchley8830 ok still 3 game’s off
Pete Babando has the greatest game winner ever. It was Game 7 of the 1950 Stanley Cup Final and the Red Wings, playing without Superstar and future Legend Gordie Howe, won Game 7 in double overtime. The goal began a dynasty, as the Red Wings also won Cups in 1952, 1954, and 1955.
thats not even the best cup winner from the 50's
alright unc we get it
I’m surprised you didn’t at least mention/acknowledged Artturi Lehkonen’s winning goal against the Golden Knights sending MTL to the Stanley Cup final in 2021. It was a beautiful goal.
I will never ever forget as a capitals, lifelong capitals fan…Kuzzy scoring that overtime goal. It literally took about 10 seconds for me to process that the capitals actually beat the Penguins in overtime to end a series! because it’s always the opposite way… I called my brother. He was going nuts and he said did that really just happen? The same thing with my sister! What a magical year that was for the capitals! ❤❤❤
Bobby Orr’s gwg definitely should have been #1 but that Alec Martinez gwg is 100% electric
Patrick Kane was crazy in his peak. Thanks for the fun memories
the Kane buzzer beater vs Vegas that got waived off for being literally 0.1 seconds late on review (on TV it was in with 0.1 seconds left) was his final game action at the United Center as a Blackhawk. he would take a shootout attempt after that OT and do a sarcastic slapshot as a reference to it, but the buzzer beater was the last actual gameplay. and then his next game at the United Center was this year w the walkoff in OT. consecutive games for him in that arena.
5:27 The celly that Kane learned from Bedard? What kind of drugs are you on? Bedard was 7 years old when Kane scored that goal.
Pavel Bure 2OT game 7 on a breakaway after coming back from 3-1 down in the series
I guess he never heard of Bobby Nystrom either?
As a Kings fan I immediately recognized the two that you blurred out
Jason Arnott scored an OT game winner against the Stars to win the 2000 Stanley Cup. How does that not make this list?
Leaving out Panthers v. Hurricanes in 2023 with 12.7sec left in 4OT at 3am, with the original overturned game winner just 13 seconds into the first OT is absolutely criminal.
The game 4 winner too
No Stanley Cup winning goal by Jason Arnott from Elias in 2000 in double overtime game 6. Just proves how everyone disses my team.
Max Afinogenov’s OT game winner in Game 5 of the 2007 ECSF vs. NYR-greatest goal my eyes have seen…and I saw it live too! 👀
Penguins VS blackhawks... Stanley cup finals game one of the 91-92 season... Penguins down 4 to 1 Going into the third period Mario Lemeux Scores the game-winner with 13 seconds left on the clock in regulation.
Number one was rough for us Ranger fans
ot tap in in the final wow such a impressive goal.
I remember that Calgary flames game and it was probably one of the most fixed games ever
#3, Redwings game 7 Yzerman goal vs Blues. As he was putting the puck in the net my oldest child, my first born, my son was born that very minute. It made that night double exciting…..lol.
Bobby Orr's OT goal to win the cup to me should be considered at a minimum a top 3 all-time.
The amount of cliff hangers I swear we watching "Prison Break" 😂
Other than the fact that it won the cup, Martinez' goal was not at all special. A rebound came right to him, and he had a wide open net. That was really a letdown at #1.
A rebound goal at number 1? For real
facts bobby orr was better
Number 2 is exactly why a goal should always end Powerplays :D
As a Ranger fan, its tough to admit that Alec Martinez has the best game winning goal, but he does.
Number 6 goal was such an awesome goal in my opinion because I had some friends that were Ottawa fans that I could jokingly make fun of
6:04 announcer went crazy
It’s a good day when slapshot uploads
Damn the kings rlly got 3 goals in here
Do you guys not remember the AVS VS BLUES Bubble Series (2020) when the AVS scored with 0.1 seconds left on the clock to win the game?!?!
in history, if history went back 12 years ...
Caps were unstoppable in 2018 💀💀💀
Remember Matt Calvert? When he played for the Blue Jackets, bro got a puck to the face, got 30+ stitches, and scored the game winning goal
As an avs fan I immediately thought of helms goal before the video started and not even 20 seconds in there it is. My favorite goal of the cup run.
What about Kadri’s goal with 0.1 seconds left too, I was thinking about that one as well
@@mskapyak17 that one was amazing. That was the second one I thought of. I miss kadri
Good video, but you can also complie more than 20 game 7 OT winners alone. For instance, where's Bure's 2OT series winner vs Flames in 94, or Martinez's OT WCF series winner vs Hawks before he scored the SCF winner? Or Bruins' comeback vs Leafs in 2013?
That doughty one shouldn't have counted. Also, the heartbreaker that Kane did was before Bedard was even famous
I can’t believe Patrick Kane learned the heartbreaker from bedard
Random girl saying "Hey" then giggling at 11:12 took me right out of it.
I’ll never forget that Martinez goal. We were outside staples center at a bar and all of Los Angeles erupted.
Should have had Tyler tofolli’s goal with .3 seconds left to win the game.
How did Jason Arnott’s goal not make the list. 2000 Stanley Cup finals game 6 Nj at Dallas, double OT winner to clinch the Championship.
Yeah idk
a more recent player comeback Dube on the Hershey bears got hit in the face with a puck, lost 6 teeth, and cameback later in the playoffs and scored a goal that would help them win the series and go to the Calder Cup Final
Bill Lindsay flying goal against Boston for FL 97 playoffs series clincher
You should make one about Championship. Latvian guy hit in literally below one second this year.
Edit: I forgot to mention it was a OT
LET'S GO SHARKS #1 DRAFT PICK, WE ARE COMING BACK
Ngl not having Bergerons OT winner to cap the comeback against Toronto in 2013 is kinda wild
Kane in 2010 for the cup winner is up there too
Notice how many times the 2008-2017 Blackhawks there are that's how good they were
Matthew Tkachuk. 4 overtime and what about the Matthew Tkachuk
Eastern conference championship game winner
So many slap shots
Greatest International Game Winners next? Canadian here so I am a bit biased but I will also have to watch Forsberg invent a move named after him and whatever happened when Russia stormed back to win the Juniors in 2022. Fun Fact, the Russian Junior team was so drunk they were kicked off their flight back home. Can't say i blame them; that comeback was epic.
Joel Kiviranta in the bubble should be on this list
bro had to remind me of my biggest nightmare of my life. Kunitz 2OT game 7 conference finals... smh
Kanes goal for the cup is 10x better than Martinez wide open net
I know its been 70 years since the last Cup winning, game 7, OT goal, but how do they not get on the list? And Bobby Orr's winner? I think there's some on the list that could be bumped off in favor of these.
Ugh, I had to shut it off as soon as i realized what #1 was. As a NYR fan seeing Lundqvist like that is heartbreaking
How is Matthew Tkachuk’s series winning buzzer beater against the Hurricanes not on here?
As mentioned Bobby Orr flying goal cup winner. But 1993 MayDay goal was amazing! Darren McCarty winning fight night at the Joe in OT. The creater is missing some of the greatest goals. Hulls cup winner vs Savers (most controversial cup winner?)
Remember miller ( rangers) scored with 0,6 seconds lef
What about Bobby Baun’s game winner after breaking his foot to come back and score the game winner in 64.
Artemi Panatin Game 7 OT vs. Pittsburgh 2022, after trailing 3-1 in the series???
A lot was missed here. Roughly 10 of them could have easily been replaced.
good vidio
We’re is Tkachuk vs the canes
As a rangers fan… the last one always hurts
Stars - 1999 - Game 6 - OT winner......
I'm a blues fan so to see I lose to a slap shot by the red wings crazy. But to realize that the sharks won that series against the knights ( the number 2 play) but would lose to the blues and go on to when the cup
Pit va mtr is carma
1:59 Calgary goalie was so dust
Where is the Blackhawks cup winning comeback at Boston? 2 goals in the last minute. First time ever both teams pulled their goalie in the last minute of the game
What about Bobby Brinkgzky's game winning zinger from the opposite green line to win the 1868 cup?
Are you serious? The greatest goal of all times, didn't even make your list? Bobby Orr to win the 1970 Stanley cup!! You need to do your home work.
#3 = #1!
Kinda surprised Verhaeghe eliminated Boston last year wasn't there. 40+ point difference, best record ever, Panthers back into the playoffs, no one expected them to win....they push game 7, score with a minute to go to push OT and win it. Easily a top 10 imo.
my worst fear as a goalie
Bedard did learn the broke hearted thing from Kane Bedard was a baby that year Kane did that one
Unless you lived in LA, I think the rest of the country was pulling for Lundqvist in that series.
Why isn’t Bobby Orrs 1970 game-winning goal game seven into the finals
9:48 Best Stanley Cup overtime winning goal in history 🔥
What about Bobby nystrom vessel flyers
Bro said Kane learned the heart breaker from bedard😭
You missed the joke worse than the Hawks missed the playoffs
❤❤❤❤
I dont understand why the #1 is best
Dallas’ 2OT win over Buffalo in 1999 to win Stanley Cup not there? C’mon man!!
Orr, and the Habs-Bruins in 1979.....
I don’t get how Kadri’s goal against the Blues with literally only 0.1 on the clock isn’t on the list - literally the closest I have ever seen to goal vs no goal.
Kane’s no goal last year in ot was closer, time left on the broadcast but not on the official clock that the league used
@@reedsong1403 you will have to show me, because the Avs goal was so close they never proved it was .1 seconds, on that one with .1 seconds that puck had not entirely crossed the line. But the next frame the puck was across but the clock already said 0.00 I don’t know think it can be closer than that.
@@reedsong1403 I looked it up because I couldn’t remember but given that first it didn’t even count - and this is about goals that do count I don’t think it qualifies. But even so I would say the Avs only because the review took way longer I mean a lot longer. So obviously they were a lot less confident on the Avs goal. It’s so hard to say because the broadcast didn’t match official clock. But the Avs goal couldn’t get closer as they couldn’t get a frame that said for 100% if it was a goal or not.
What about the Stephan Matoe rap around
Mateau, Mateau, Mateau, Stephan Mateau
What about the winning goal Austria made against
Finland 59:59:80
Steve Yzerman
No Carter Verhaeghe from last year to eliminate the record breaking Bruins? No Orr? No Uwe Krupp?
The Kane goal as the start was a second late
more like 0.01 seconds late
Dude leaves out a double OT beauty by Jason Arnott to win the 2000 Stanley Cup and thinks he has a complete list, swing and a miss there buddy
Funny how this list didn't have one of the most controversial goals in NHL history to win the Stanley cup. Brett Hull's goal for the Dallas Stars versus the Buffalo Sabres in TRIPLE overtime. How do you not include that? 👀🤔 That's crazy
That wasn't a goal. I'm still salty about that lol
@@nickelcityyt4026 Yeah it was definitely a blow to the heart and Buffalo's best chance to win the Stanley Cup imo. For this person to make a list and not have such a controversial goal makes me think he's young and doesn't know about such goals in the NHL
