I have the full HMF exhaust on both of my 2018's and have tried all the jet sizes that came with it, 100, 105 and 110 with lid off. The 110 pulls the hardest with the lid off. I ran same trail and it will pull wheels getting into it in 2nd gear coming out of the turn but wont with lid on or any of the smaller jets. Sounds much louder as well. It's just too corked up with any of the smaller jets. I also put the smog delete kit on it from Whitaker Performance out of Ohio. These are great little quads for what they are. I bought them for my kids but they never rode them so me and the wife have been taking them out every weekend and they will go anywhere I want to, no 4x4 needed and they are light and easy to manage and go a long way on a tank of gas.
There is a jet kit that came with the exhaust. It's been a while now, but I believe I used the middle option of the jets that came with the kit. It is a little richer than stock.

Duncan racing out of cali has the best jet kit to run with HMF exhaust and I also recommend K&N air filter with lid off.
That sounds a lot better🙂

I took off my airbox cover and it sounds just like that
Also don’t get the look,as much performance and this is prolly louder

The hmf website recommends to take air box lid off, Do I need to? Because I ride in muddy places and lots of dust so I’m not sure
I would leave the airbox lid on, if there's a chance water and mud can enter.

Not much louder. Just a smidge raspy when you blip the throttle. Not obnoxious by any means.

How fast is it with the hmf and jetting
I didn't ride it because it was a customer's quad But I'd imagine it's a smidge faster throughout the powerband.

Yeah they top out right around 55 do to gearing. Will just get there a bit faster with exhaust & have extra power to climb stuff.
