Hello! I usually store in the refrigerator until I decorate it and I usually decorate it the day I take it to the party. If I decorate the day before I will leave it out in a cool room but only if it is buttercream with out any perishable fillings.
I used Wilton's Soft Pink. Add a little bit at a time to your cream until you get the color you want. (I also added vanilla extract which has a brown color to it so that changes the color a bit too)

Both top and bottom tiers have 3 layers.

6x8, I think it would serve about 25 people. Maybe more depending on how you cut it. Thanks

No, the shoes are not edible. I bought regular baby shoes at the store.
