Mike Zacchea finally got psychological help after setting his house on fire because he thought his wife was an insurgent. He says he's functional now, he has strategies that work, but he knows he will never be cured of his severe PTSD and TBI.

They way this world has become especially the US it’s become harder for me to even begin to think I’m in a safe place bc this isn’t a safe place to me anymore. Home has become just as combative as the Iraqi war zones where this monster was born.

War veterans are chewed up and spit out and the “support the troops” people are no where to be found to help them. In reality they don’t care.
