Aikido is a modern Japanese martial art that is split into many different styles, including Iwama Ryu, Iwama Shin Shin Aiki Shuren Kai, Shodokan Aikido, Yoshinkan, Aikikai and Ki Aikido. Aikido is now practiced in around 140 countries.

I have joined my son last month week , after attending his seminar . Aikido is the best art ever I seen . My son is now very active and flexible and concentrate on studies .. majorly he is not addict and spending time with mobile phone nowadays, thanks to master Navas.

My son learning aikido in this training center , no words ,such a wonderful teaching by master Navas and Mustafa. He is so flexible and energetic now.
