If you were looking for a reinforcement metal, (or combo of metals) to weld on to the necks of the catalytic converters, what would that be? Ar400 or tungsten carbide strips? Any creative (welding, not shield) DIY solutions to the thievery that's going on?
Impressive! Of course it helps that you're using the best cordless recip on the market. Hitachi/MetaboHPT is batting 1.000 these past few years. Have you tried their MultiVolt torque wrenches? Daaaayum!

That's pretty damn impressive. It will be a while before I pick some up though, I was able to score a bunch of the previous gen torch blades for dirt cheap when they were making room for these.

Can I use this to dismantle pallet wood? I'm trying to cut nails in a pallet board, but all of my metal cutting blades keep snapping.

Are these better for hard steel than the Milwaukee carbide nitrous? I’m just looking for a high quality blade for hardened steel (automotive technician cutting the occasional seized bolt)
These are great blades also check out the Diablo amped. Both should do a great job at cutting the occasional seized bolt.

Car scrap yards (Pick and pull, etc.) dont let you use angle grinders. Cordless sawzall is your only option if you need to cut steel at the yard.
