Hey Aaron, i asked this on another video but thought i'd bug you here too. How long does it take to develop kick control, e.g holding a sidekick at head level if i train for it everyday? I can hold it at about chest level but only for a few seconds. Also, are there any exercises i can do to have a higher chamber? I can't quite get the knee up to my chest unless i use my arm to pull it. Would really appreciate your advice.
