Adblue absorbs 60 percent of NOX emissions but there’s supposed to be a different substance being developed that removes all NOX emissions. I understand it’s being developed at a university in England. Let’s hope , for the sake of great Diesel engines , that it is successful 😊
Totally agree with you about stopping at the shops and services when on the road, very expensive and not healthy. I always bring the lunch now and was shocked how much I was spending a week. Still stop for the coffee but that's all now. Looking forward to the next video.
Watching a few of your videos on the go...one of your videos at the start of 2021 you were giving up Trucking...glad you are still at it. It's now nearly October 2023..things are even more expensive. Love the way you say "lurry" 😊😁
Good to see a new video Ian, when i was tramping in the UK and Ireland i always carried enough food for the 5 days i was away had a gas stove to cook and heat water. Like yo said it can be a shock if you add up the cost of food if you buy it every day.👍👍
thank for what you do bud, without you lads on the road we'd all be a lot worse off, I work in the food service industry up in belfast a lot good drivers came through those doors.
instead of the packet ham, buy a lump of ham for €7 boil it, slice it, stick it in the fridge and you'll have ham all week, better quality than that packet shite. Also invest in a proper Thermos food carrier, reheat and bring your left over food from the night before, Ikea do a great one called FÖRSKAFFA , 2 sections and holds loads of food and keeps it warm. I still can't pass gregs though
I fuckin hate filling adblue..as ever pump at circle k which I can only use it clicks clicks takes for ever..plus why didn't volvo/renault not put both tanks on same sides..I see your wagons and keep an eye out for ya..if you see a t480 with cab interior with green lights and green guinness led sign on m8 pulling a tanker give me a flash lad..Great to see ya back.
Can I operate as an independent contractor in Ireland? In other words, can the salary I earn as a driver go to my company as opposed to the salary going to me personally?
you are right about the cost of living every place are trying to screw the last penny from you desiel through the roof good o you bringing your own food with you and you will be healthier great comment ig from you i am going to look at your podcasts thanks
I get it, man. You're a truck driver first, and a UA-camr second. You will soon be a husband first. This is your side hustle. A more look into the life as an Irish guy doing his job. I am a truck driver in the US. I drive local in the Chicagoland area. My objective is to the job done so I may get home at the end of the day.
Top tip, get yourself a seatbelt clip from any ole vehicle and clip it in, save’s you sitting on your belt 😉
