For those wondering why I got the Viggen logo embossed...well, I'm getting a Viggen one way or another so I got these to transplant to my future Viggen! Also - the airbag light went away on its own!!! You just have to keep driving it.
The thigh supports on the bottom to lift the knees is what makes the viggen seats a little more comfortable. 9-5 Aeros get the shoulder support instead.
You can remove the bottom cushion/bucket its 2 torx bolts, makes things a lot easier with the bottom off but you got it done. And yes kids always slow things down but in a good way. And get a tech2 to clear lights
ah, I was afraid of removing the bottom cushion because I thought they were only glued in. I should have looked further haha. Yes, I will drop anything to spend time with my kids! SRS light - I was hoping it would go away with some driving but now I have a reason to get a Tech2
I always hate re upholstering seats. Its like you have to be a seamstress to get it right, but dude you made it look so easy! Great install they look nice!
I bought new skin for my front seats from LSeat and they were really too loose, so I had to take them to an expert who had to rework both skins, he completely redid the seams in addition to adding 0.5 '' of foam everywhere and it cost me $650 more than expected for a grand total of 1050$ lolll Had a bad experience with them !
Wow, I'm sorry to hear that. Mine are still loose too but it wasn't so bad that it needed restitching. I think it has a lot to do with the condition of the foam since that's what dictates how it fits. I think overall the fit is quite good. I wish I could have added more foam too but...it's not what I want to spend money on at the moment!

now that you mention it, that's exactly what I feel. The shoulder area feels a bit empty but overall I love them!

What is your favorite of the Saabs you’ve owned?
Ive only owned 4 different models so far but...I'd say the 9-5 with a stage 1 tune for sure! Although...the convertible just hits different
