It's inevitable considering Hades is always depicted as the bad guy.
Except in Hercules: The Legendary Journeys as well as in his very own video game😉
Seriously though I hate that 9 outta 10 times in countless Greek Mythology-inspired movies & shows that Hades is usually depicted as a villain when in the actual myths he's not a villain. The one bad thing he ever did in the myths was abducting Persepone against her will but other than that Hades has never been depicted as a villainous figure in the legends unlike say Hera who was infamous for her vindictive cruel & vain persona and actions such as her behavior towards both Hephestes & most especially Hercules.
@@DragonHeart613 He just happens to be the one in charge of the Underworld. Which is close enough to the devil as its going to get for Greek mythology. Today's religion simply has it out for him.

@@alexisguillen8400 But Hades is also in charge of The Elysian Fields which is the Greek Mythology version of Heaven. Hades is the ruler of both Heaven (The Elysian Fields) & Hell (Tartarus). Hollywood always ignores that crucial fact.
My guess is Persephone convinced him to do all this.
I thought Netflix canceled this series. I mean the first season came out a long time ago & there was never a single peep from Netflix of a potential Season #2 but here it is. Thank Goodness that this show is still going.
I felt the same, i thought it was going to be another series they made just to be abandoned. Looks like Netflix is goong hard on some of these series new content this year.
